manager on duty today Sunday March 9th 12pm is rather unprofessional and rude. She didn’t have a name tag so I can’t provide you with that information. This is the second time I’ve encountered this staff member. She proceeded to engage with a friend, provided free food and drink to him prior to him leaving and addressed me by saying “ what it’s it that you need”. You weekday manager is accepting but this lady along with another staff member wearing a black bandanna laughed at me and engaged regarding my order right in from of me. Not the experience I expected.

I waited over 25 min to get my morning coffee today. That is unacceptable. When I pulled up to the window, I made sure to ask if my Cortado was still hot. The lady said yes it is. But when I left it wasn’t. It was lukewarm at best. Starbucks needs to look at the staffing of this locations. 25 min wait is just unacceptable.

This starbucks is so pretty and the staff is so nice but the music is OBNOXIOUSLY loud every single time I am here - like I have noise cancellation headphones on and all I can still hear is the thumping of the music. Kinda feels like I'm at a night club which could be a vibe just not at 9 am when I want to work at a coffee shop.....

I got a matcha latte and half of it was foamy, people there told me that is normal. When I asked them, one of the ladies isn’t nice at all and she kept staring at me which made me feel very uncomfortable. The other one made me a new one. Thanks!
