I just want to say the customer service here is top tier! Had a long day of work and my girlfriend wanted a matcha latte and a chocolate croissant before I got home. I went there and ordered through the drive thru and got to the window and they got my order wrong with the size of the drink and Hunter the drive thru person saw my reaction/facial expression and asked me immediately if she heard me wrong in the drive thru and to me it wasn’t a big deal but she said sorry and told me to hold on and gave me the large for my girl that I originally ordered for her to make it better and let me keep the small drink. Got to try matcha for the first time and it was good hahah. Thank you Hunter and the team there tonight! You definitely will be seeing me more often and will be ordering for my girlfriend and myself now instead of just her haha.

I try to promote local coffee shops , but there are certain things brands like Starbucks assure, this store too do abide those
- Cozy atmosphere for small meetups
- free WiFi
- clean restrooms and basic amenities
- snacks for all ages
- coffee
We love their Frappuccinos and the seasonal flavors, and kids love cake pops

Here’s the deal: This isn’t the closest Starbucks to me. But it’s so superior to all the rest that I go out of my way every morning to come here. Why? The staff is without peer. Taylor, Sarah, Sam, Marissa, I could go on and on. They are personable, warm and exceedingly efficient. They know my order before I order. And they leave pithy messages on my venti cups, putting me in a good mood even during a bear of a work week. Go to this Starbucks for beverages, stay for great customer service. My message to the crew of baristas: As the old Karate Kid song goes, “You’re the best around.”

Favorite Starbucks while we were visiting. It was close to our hotel and it was a very pleasant spot. Plenty of room inside nice and clean and very friendly! Everything that we would normally order.

I just wanted to get my dog a pup cup, but they made it a bigger deal than it should've been.
They now require you to make a purchase, just to have a tiny squirt of whipped cream.
Starbucks didn't used to be this greedy, a piece of string cheese is over $2. Lower your prices, and maybe I'd have purchased a drink.
Too bad my dog loved those. Not to mention the staff wasn't really welcoming to begin with.

It’s my third or fourth time at this location and unfortunately, each time the costumer service is very poor to say the least . I always give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe my first few times here , the staff were just having a bad day . There’s no greetings from employees when one enters the establishment and when approaching the counter to order no acknowledgment or greeting either , the Caucasian guy taking order looks miserable and very unhappy. My spouse even commented that he looks miserable and working with an aptitude. Maybe he just doesn’t want to be here . I decided not to purchase anything for myself, but did for my husband since he was accompanying me to run some errands at the dentist next door.
The atmosphere is just not right . Employees lack costumer service. I been to other Starbucks locations around the area and near this location and the services it’s absolutely different.
I don’t want to imply that the staff here are racist, but that’s the vibe I’m getting here .
I will definitely not come back here and will stay away.
Management needs to do better at training their staff .

I recently visited this Starbucks location and found the overall atmosphere off-putting. While I appreciate self-expression and individuality, I personally believe that staff working in customer-facing roles—especially in food and beverage—should maintain a clean, professional appearance. The server’s look felt distracting and didn’t reflect the polished service standard I usually expect from Starbucks. It affected my appetite and overall experience. I hope future visits feel more aligned with the brand’s welcoming and balanced service vibe.
