Favorite Starbucks while we were visiting. It was close to our hotel and it was a very pleasant spot. Plenty of room inside nice and clean and very friendly! Everything that we would normally order.

I just wanted to get my dog a pup cup, but they made it a bigger deal than it should've been. They now require you to make a purchase, just to have a tiny squirt of whipped cream. Starbucks didn't used to be this greedy, a piece of string cheese is over $2. Lower your prices, and maybe I'd have purchased a drink. Too bad my dog loved those. Not to mention the staff wasn't really welcoming to begin with.

It’s my third or fourth time at this location and unfortunately, each time the costumer service is very poor to say the least . I always give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe my first few times here , the staff were just having a bad day . There’s no greetings from employees when one enters the establishment and when approaching the counter to order no acknowledgment or greeting either , the Caucasian guy taking order looks miserable and very unhappy. My spouse even commented that he looks miserable and working with an aptitude. Maybe he just doesn’t want to be here . I decided not to purchase anything for myself, but did for my husband since he was accompanying me to run some errands at the dentist next door. The atmosphere is just not right . Employees lack costumer service. I been to other Starbucks locations around the area and near this location and the services it’s absolutely different. I don’t want to imply that the staff here are racist, but that’s the vibe I’m getting here . I will definitely not come back here and will stay away. Management needs to do better at training their staff .

While I appreciate self-expression and individuality, I personally believe that staff working in customer-facing roles—especially in food and beverage—should maintain a clean, professional appearance. The server’s look felt distracting and didn’t reflect the polished service standard I usually expect from Starbucks. It affected my appetite and overall experience. I hope future visits feel more aligned with the brand’s welcoming and balanced service vibe.

Perfect Post-Shopping Spot!
This Starbucks location in Allen, TX is a gem — especially since it’s so close to the outlets. After doing a bit of shopping, it’s the perfect place to stop by and grab a drink to recharge.
The store is clean, the service is quick, and the drinks are always made just right. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee to go or hanging out for a few minutes to relax, this spot always hits the mark.
Convenient, refreshing, and reliable — definitely one of my go-to stops when I’m in the area!

This Starbucks location is spacious and offers plenty of seating options. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee is consistently great. The handcrafted drinks are also well prepared and enjoyable.
We had a pleasant time sitting and relaxing there.
They give free refills on coffee. But, policy says they can't fill up your cup if there is coffee in it - it has to be clean. Make it make sense.

Barista was snide and repeatedly skipped over my drink. I ordered at 9:26 and left at 9:44 with nothing. I saw my drink in the blender, but when I asked about the wait, she poured it down the drain. Very disappointed. She had long brown curly hair and was at the Frappuccino station.
