Went there to finish up some last minute work on a Saturday. Stopped by and initially ordered just a cup of ice nothing more. One of the young lady's that I asked, mentioned that she will not give me a cup of ice until I purchase something. I responded how that doesn't sound right. Is this a new rule? How long have y'all been enforcing it here at this location? Here's the thing. I already planned on getting a Venti Vanilla Bean, but with it being the middle of JUNE in the HOT HEAT, you'd think they wouldn't mind giving people a small cup of Ice. God, can I cool off first before diving into a Iced Caramel Frappe with Whip Cream? Despite already planning to purchase something, which I did. I felt robbed and scammed. What about the people who don't drink coffee, or any other beverages but water? Better yet, what about the people who probably can't afford any of the drinks and just want water? Do you dehumanize and turn them away too? Preposterous! In other news, the Venti Vanilla Bean was good, but I will never be returning to this store again, nor spending any money there after this experience.

The service here is excellent! Thank you to the barista working on Sunday early morning (04/27). I didn’t catch her name, but she was super friendly and personable. That kindness really makes a difference. My coffee was also amazing. Thank you!

The slowest store I’ve ever been too! Staff is rude. Drive thru takes forever EVERYTIME! Closes their lobby for no reason! And the don’t get the drinks right most of the time. What’s going on?! You guys gotta do better here, especially when there’s over 6 employees working.

No issues with the staff, drink, or location, but the sharpie they are using on drinks now gets all over your hands. I appreciate the nice messages but it got all over my Easter clothes and hands so please stop writing on them :(

Similar to a few other reviews here, I had a bad visit to the store. It was dirty, but more than that, the workers during the afternoon shift when I visited could not have cared any less about the customer experience. Customers seemed to be an annoyance to most of the staff on duty.
