Pretty inconsistent drinks and can be slow service even with not many customers with lots of staff standing around idling.
Go to order is usually an iced hazelnut shaken espresso, the past two times it’s been inconsistent. There’s something off with their flavor and consistency, hard to put a finger on it but it tastes like licorice with a strong spice aftertaste. Must come down to lazy prep and off ratios. I’ve gotten this drink at many other locations across the country and it’s never come out this off before.
Two trips ago was basically undrinkable until going back home and adding more oat milk. Last trip was better but still had a bit too much of that spice that was leaving a bad aftertaste.
Staff should make sure they’re getting the measurements on the drinks correctly. Not sure if this location has more junior employees under training hence the standing around, which could be the reason for inconsistent drinks.

The barista working the drive thru this morning was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. She was tall, very thin, brown hair. I pull up to pay for my drink, she opens the window, no greeting. I smile and say hi, and she ignores me and replies with my order total, okay cool. Then, I pay and wait for my drink. Then a few minutes later, she holds the drink out the window and says “here” and that is the only singular word I heard from this barista. Not one single thank you, please, hello, not even an attempt to crack a smile. I had to euthanize my dog last night and I was on my way to work visibly distressed and trying to hold it together, despite all this, I still chose to be kind and unfortunately I can’t say the same for the workers working this starbucks. I’m not asking for you to even talk to me, but acknowledging someone’s existence and smiling at them should be the bare minimum. I 100% will not be going here again and I’ll stick to dutch bros.

I went in and had to wait almost 20 mins while all the workers just standing around. Then once getting my order, my drink taste like water. I ask for a manager due to none of the workers tried assisting me. I literally threw the drank in the trash! Worst location I ever been too.

I say waiting for my drink and order and they never called my name. They weren’t busy, just didn’t call my name for some reason. Poor service.
I just started going to this location bc it's on my way to work and I don't leave early enough to go past my work to my usual location.
I was pleasantly surprised. The store is a bit smaller than I expected, with a smaller staff. They worked just as hard as a staff of 6. They were like a well oiled machine. It took a few mins to get my order since I came at a very busy time of morning, but my coffee was deeeelicious. I am particular and look for a certain taste in my coffee order. They hit it on the head. :)
