Similar to a few other reviews here, I had a bad visit to the store. It was dirty, but more than that, the workers during the afternoon shift when I visited could not have cared any less about the customer experience. Customers seemed to be an annoyance to most of the staff on duty.

I just ordered a cran-merry orange lemonade, and was out of there in a few minutes. Can't complain about the customer service, it was pretty good.
I don’t write a bunch of reviews, but as a daily Starbucks visitor, I can confirm this is the BEST location in the area. The coffee is always good which is sort of to be expected, but the staff is absolutely incredible. They are quick, attentive, and SO nice. I’m ALWAYS greeted with a smile and they do an amazing job balancing the morning rushes. Seriously. Whoever the regional is if this location should have this team train EVERYBODY in their area.

This is the only Starbucks I go to that’s hit or miss. I usually remember not to go to it. I was so ready for my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season. The drink was so bad that I had to leave a review.

Walked in no one greeted me or acknowledge my presence, I understand if they are busy but they were not inside, they all seemed upset, I guess having a bad morning, anyway i ordered caramel macchiato, and the drink was good.
