Sadly, ever since the manager Erica left, this place can’t seem to EVER get anything right. The employees are untrained. I walked up this morning to order and the girl at the register was on her phone. So i had to wait for her to finish her business before i could order. Then, i placed my order and handed them my personal cup to put my coffee in. The girl didn’t know how to put in the discount for the personal cup, so she called for help. As the other employee came to try and assist, the initial one said she was going to grab the oat milk i requested, only for the 2nd employee have to tell me they were out of oat milk. So time was wasted, and i walked away disappointed YET AGAIN. It’s literally never a pleasant experience at this location. It’s in my neighborhood but i have to another location just to get it right. MAJOR improvement needed!

Sadly this location is a complete joke. They stand around on their phones rather than helping their customers. After waiting for 15+ minutes, I had to ask about my food item that they hadn’t even put into the toaster yet. Spend the extra few minutes to visit the location on McDermott!

Employee Clara refused to give or sell water to a pregnant woman who was dizzy from the heat and told her to go find water in the grocery store. Not okay whatsoever. If this is a policy it needs to be corrected. Absolutely

The short chic making drinks this morning was a bit rude. Customers waiting to discern which drink is which because she wasn’t calling them out or making them correctly. She even makes eye contact and doesn’t come to assist. The fellow that was cashier came to assist; he was very friendly and helpful in general.
Went to drive thru with my son to get coffee. Person at the drive thru said our bill was $12.92… maybe he put a $3.50 tip into the actual bill… since it was $9.42. We won’t darken the door of another Starbucks ever again - there is so much better coffee available in this area, and so many more worthy small businesses to support.

I wish I could give zero stars. Just poor service all around. Didn't get my name which caused me to call me when my drink was ready. Each time I go there it's just not much care given. I feel like this location doesn't uphold the standard of the Starbucks brand I've experienced at other stores. Paid 7.00 for cookies and cream Frappuccino. Needless to say my wife and I were displeased with this drink
