Honestly after so many attempts at this location it’s just evident the customer service is not in alignment with other Starbucks locations. Only one person working when I arrived had to wait for him to finish making orders, he rushed through my order and rang me in for the wrong size. I asked to order another but in venti size as I wanted he told the other lady who came mid interaction she didn’t want that….. like those comments and general attitude is not what one typically gets at Starbucks

Very disappointed the way I got service at this location. I went to buy my frappe today the barista name Christian has no sense of how to give customer service to their customers. I was standing at the register for 3-4 mins and he saw me he didn’t greet me or anything and he was talking to other employee. The employee told him to help me because I was waiting for him to talk my order. He is always been like this. He always Talk rudely with the customers. Not coming to this location again.

This is by far the worst Satrbucks I have ever been too. The girl was nice just was horrible at making drinks. Please hire people that can actually make a drink. This isnt rocket science, hire smarter people.
