We went to this starbucks after shopping. We went to the counter to order and an older white lady (for identification) was at the register. We were waiting on her to acknowledge us to take our order but she continued to talk to a target employee and another starbucks worker while completely ignoring us. We got so tired of waiting that we left. Terrible customer service.

Asked for two waters - one w/ ice and one w/ light ice. Doesn't take long to do that btw - max 1-2 min. I had to wait in line for 10 mins for it. Then, I never got it after waiting for 20 mins - don't know why it takes that long, not many other customers and also takes a couple mins to make water. Guess Starbucks free water isn't really free since it costs so much time for something small.

I would use any other Starbucks location.

Went here on a Sunday, there were 5 Starbucks employees so I thought it would be quick. Ordered 2 drinks, then sat to wait. For some reason 1 of the 5 employees was taking orders and making drinks, meanwhile the other 4 seemed to be discussing how to clean off the tables?

Waited like triple the time I usually do for a drink at Starbucks. At one point there were like 9 of us customers all waiting for our orders, only then did some of the 4 employees start helping the poor cashier...

Why did it take 4 employees to strategize how they would clean the tables? I mean, at least apologize for making people wait 20 minutes for a coffee...

Stopped by the Starbucks inside Target, and I have to say, the staff was surprisingly friendly—better than your average Starbucks experience! 😊🙌 They greeted us with smiles 😃, took our order quickly 🏃‍♂️💨, and seemed genuinely upbeat, which was a nice change from the usual robotic service you get at some locations. Big points for that! 👏💖

BUT… the drinks? Disappointing. 😞☕ We specifically asked for extra shots of white chocolate 🍫🔥, but you wouldn’t have known. They tasted weak, bland, and just… off. 🤷‍♂️💔 For the extra cost 💸, we expected something rich, creamy, and indulgent, but instead, it barely had any of the sweet white chocolate flavor we were craving. Major letdown. 😩

It’s frustrating to pay extra for something and not get what you ordered. Friendly service is awesome, but the drinks have to match the energy! ☕✨ If they put as much effort into making the drinks as they did into being nice, this would’ve been a five-star visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Here’s hoping for a better experience next time! 🤞☕💕

Buying some things, mostly food, at the big store here. We stopped next door to buy some coffee to recover from the shopping activity. And then we went back to my sister-in-law's place with the groceries.
