I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about 10 months now, and while I could talk about how they’re always consistent with my meticulous order or how efficiently they handle rushes, I really want to highlight something that’s become rare these days: genuine hospitality.
Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by at least three baristas, all with sincerity in their voices. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. I know how easy it can be to let the “welcome in” fade after saying it a hundred times a day, or to assume someone else already said it, but this team never misses a beat. That kind of consistency and warmth is amazing.
Thank you to the entire staff for keeping that energy alive, and to the managers for cultivating and leading a culture that values connection and kindness. All of you, sincerely, thank you.

No matter how I order my drink...it's messed up the first time lol BUT the employees are so nice n responsive when I ask them to remake it or remove the foam, make sure the topping is on there, no disgusting unsanitary stopper, etc. The politeness keeps me coming back 🥰 MEGAN!! teach a class sis!! this past Tuesday my drink was AMAZING...it was nice n frothy but didn't have foam at the top (I hate foam...I always burn my tongue) it was the best consistency I've ever had...typically the lattes taste like warm milk but this time it was like the cinnamon was steamed in or something...perfect! Bravissimo!

Walked with my dog to this location to get a pup cup and was unable to order one on the app so I tried to walk through the drive thru. I was politely redirected inside where the manager greeted us and told us we were welcome anytime and introduced my pup to all the baristas. The service was outstanding and my drink was delicious. Their service made my day! They absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate and welcome me and my pup!
