Bad attitude and coffee was bad not made properly
A terrible experience here. An incredibly rude lady works here. I came to redeem a birthday treat at this location, and she gave so much attitude and was rude, condescending, slow. I ended up canceling my order and went somewhere else.

Lady was incredibly rude and slow. Deliberately slow. Taking over 10 for one order. Two people came and went behind me too frustrated. I finally walked off and she even gave me an attitude then. We get it you don’t want to be here but don’t punish your customers for it. Do better!!!
online says it’s closed at 9pm and it’s 8:30 and the drive thru guy just said they close at 8:30pm. please update your page so people aren’t rushing over just to be turned away. not cool. (saturday, 8:32 may 31st- not after 9pm)

Hello hello I had a wonderful time at Starbucks. Accept this one girl with glasses and red hair. I cannot believe it. It was like talking to cancer. I never thought I ever get brain swollen. in my life PS she gave me worms. God bless America.

Can we hire people that actually want to be here.. whoever was at the register just stood there & looked at me with a blank stare. I didn’t get greeted so I just started saying my order, then she looked zoned out I had to repeat myself. My order was messed up I didn’t even make her redo it all the way & on top of that it tasted bad. I respectfully didn’t even cause a scene like most ppl would have.. I just went on with my day. But this the worst customer service I’ve had at a Starbucks. Whoever wears glasses with black hair do better. (01/20/25 @2:20pm)

This coffee store was right off the highway, so it could not be more convenient for our visit that day. We stopped and all of us bought coffee drinks and took them to the retirement home for our visit. Nice addition to our visit.
Store actually closes at 8pm on Saturday NOT 9pm like the Google listing says. Employees state the store has changed its hours over a year ago. Drove 20 minutes to a closed store. Change your Google info!
This Starbucks is inside the Kroger, so they do not have a drive through or the usual seating if you're planning to spend some time on your laptop. Not an option here.

Use the drive thru at this location. They prioritize drive thru over walk-in. The wait for a tea was absurd.
