Use the drive thru at this location. They prioritize drive thru over walk-in. The wait for a tea was absurd.

Stopped for breakfast, excited to use a gift card I received from Teacher Appreciation week. I ordered the Kale egg bites and a hot Chi Tea Latte. I enjoyed my Latte but not the Kale egg bites. I should've ordered the bacon bites I usually get.

Great customer service and polite staff. They are always stocked up. Its pretty convenient grabbing a coffee and then start shopping in kroger.Wish they would make a small sitting space as well so people can get their coffee and hangout or eat.

I would say “0” is enough for this coffee shop. Young lady Sueleen was somewhere for 30 min. When she back no excuses at all. On her face I read that she doesn’t understand why I distracted her from important things. Really? Is that new service standards at Starbucks? My coffee same bad as her service. Never back to this location

Usually like getting my drinks from here but one of the employees was a bit rude, and also told me to wait knowing there wasnt an order prior to me arriving.I attempted to scan my Scan Only. But was told they dont accept it. Despite using it before. Its STARBUCKS. Then the employee proceeded to not even offer or give my receipt.

Horrible, I’ll never go to this location anyways. I WONT BE BACK. I always go to my Exchange Starbucks. They know me there. I go every morning to Exchange. Totally different experience. Had to go to this one this morning to this location. Lady in the window was super rude. Ruined my whole morning. Didn’t even give me a receipt for my coffee. Just closed the window. I waited for a minute. But I had to drop kiddos off and go to work. Couldn’t wait to long.Unhappy like she didn’t want to be there.

Hands down the best Starbucks...ever. I typically order custom drinks that I don’t specify “how many pumps of this or that” and they tastes the same across the board, no matter whose working that day. I have been to Starbucks all across the country and this location is the most consistent, every time. And of course, their customer service is phenomenal! Keep up the great work, you have a customer for life here!

If I could put 0 stars I would have. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Rude batista or as Starbucks likes to call them, partner. Wrong drink made. Had to wait 10 minutes longer for the correct drink then when I arrived at work I realized that there were no strawberries in my Pink Drink. Come on. There was only one other customer. What's going on?? Starbucks, you might want to look for a new "Partner"
