Was overcharged for my order, the lady working said it was the only button on the system. This has happened to previous customers per reviews. I do not recommend this subway if she is there.

I can't remember the last time I went to Subway. But, I was really craving a sandwich. This location in Allen is walking distance from my apartment. I've never been here so it was a nice surprise to have a great experience. I first went online to check for coupons. Apparently you are better off installing the app so that's what I did. There are some coupons that are accessible through the app. There was a coupon for a buy one, get one for $1 footlong. When I asked about the coupon I was told you have to order through the app to get the deal. So I ordered through the app, paid and then waited for them to make it. There was only one customer in the restaurant and only one person working. I got a footlong rotisserie chicken sandwich and a footlong chicken salad sandwich and it was $14 and change. I had had half of the rotisserie chicken sandwich as soon as I got home and it was really good. I have a lot left over! I'll be back again now that I know it's a good location, I feel like they're pretty hit or miss.

My order was ready with my name on it but she still insisted that I take a seat and they are still making it in a dismissive manner. It was literally on the pickup stand ready. How incompetent could one be. Also mumbled something about McDonald’s in Spanish lol

Food is fine it’s subway so you know that it’s not going to be insanely great. The employees are immature - also they are allowed to wear pajama pants and also just talk to amongst themselves as they are taking your order so you feel like you are interrupting their conversation. Weird.

Never going to this subway again- they short you ingredients and then refuse to add more when you ask. I consistently get 4 tomatoes on my foot longs and when I ask for extra I get 6
As someone who used to own subways, I know the corporate formula for tomatoes is 6 tomatoes on a foot long. When I asked the employee for extra again she refused and said her manager says to put 4.
If I’m paying 13 dollars for a sub I should be able to get extra tomatoes if I want!
Next I asked for the managers number or owner and she refused. I will never ever come to this subway again.

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE ANYMORE. They do not follow the simple instructions as to which sandwich has what toppings. We used to come here because this was the best Subway in the area, clearly that is not the case anymore. This is the second time our order was clearly wrong. I'm following up for a refund as this is pathetic. It's a sandwich plus toppings....

Was told they dont accept coupons at this location & they dont have kids meals at this location. The older lady who is always there is extremely rude and alwyas has a bad attitude. If you ask for extra stuff she seems to get upset , she put like 5 olives when i asked for “extra olives” then when asked for more she looked mad . I have been to this location a couple of times because its right behind where i live but everytime is the same thing.

This is the worst Subway I have ever seen! It deserves MINUS one star! Their spinach was almost rotten, and they don’t have Parmesan cheese. The staff was especially rude. When I asked her to cut my sandwich into three pieces, she refused and threw the food back onto the counter, refusing to sell it to me. I’m not sure about others, but I will never go back to this store, even if it’s the closest one to me.

We went here because we had some coupons. We all ordered our sandwiches, got up to pay, and all of our coupons weren't working even though they are not supposed to expire for another month.
Don't go to this subway, it is not good at all. Spent a lot of unnecessary money.

Go to Jersey Mike's, 2x the $$$,but they won't screw you! Just another reason why I really dislike this location. Overcharged for the wrong sandwich and cheese that was supposed to come with it. I ordered a Titan Turkey sub and was charged for a Turkey Bacon Avocado sub instead. I asked for the extra cheese that comes with my order and was charged extra. The woman making my sub knows they didn't add Bacon or Avocado. This franchise should be taken away. Incompetence or thievery!!!

There were barely any olives left and no more until “maybe tomorrow”. The lady put too much salt on my sandwich. Maybe their salt and pepper mixture is more salt than pepper.

There’s no sign to let the customer know that they don’t take coupons. I asked for extra spinach..she probably grabbed 3 or 4 more leaves to put on the sandwich. Subways have been declining and I won’t be back.

Recently made a pickup order for convenience. Picked up my order and drove home. When we checked our food we were disappointed. The sandwiches were sloppy, there were no stickers to keep the sandwiches wrapped and we got the wrong salad. We went back to the store to get the correct salad. There were two employees, an older male who did not speak English and a young female who was bilingual. We attempted to discuss the issue but the male was dismissive. The female told us that she understood but did nothing to help the male understand. We only wanted to get the correct salad, not a refund. The males attitude was so rude that we asked him to call the owner which he did. As we tried to explain our concerns with her she talked over us therefore failing to even understand. We had to match her rudeness just to get her to listen. She told us that they only had one salad though the website clearly showed a second salad which that we purchased. I had to ask her to go to their website several times so that she could see what we were seeing. Once on the site she told us that she couldn’t do anything about it because she didn’t control it. Then why not except that your customers deserve better. I told her that I was frustrated because I was the customer and that I spend my hard earned money for their services. I do not work for her. We were subsequently able to force the male to correct our order. It was clear that the owner is used to controlling and talking down to employees and do not no the difference between a worker and a customer. It’s was also clear that she either doesn’t get it or just doesn’t care, both of which are not conducive to customer service. I can see where her employees get it from. Over the past few years the quality of service and food at this location has eroded. This is the closest Subway to my home and I will drive further away and NEVER put my in this wreck of a “restaurant”.
