Ordered a mobile order and there was a AIRPOD in my sandwich. Returned the sandwich and AirPod and asked for a refund. It was the Indian girl’s AirPod. She’s actually disgusting. They did not give me a refund. Absolutely

I had the worst experience at this subway yesterday. There is an older lady that was putting my sandwich together and I asked for lots of lettuce. She puts a little bit on so I asked if she could please add more lettuce and she gets 2 fingers and picks a couple tiny pieces of lettuce and sets them on. So I repeat myself and the same thing happens. So I asked for a handful of lettuce and she puts a little bit in her hand and sets it on. So I ask for more lettuce again and she picks a couple more pieces with her fingers and sets it on it. Then she says that this is all the lettuce I have for tonight, you already have a lot on your sandwich. That's when I decided to leave. This is definitely the worst customer service I've ever had at a subway in my life.

I used the app to order my footlong tuna. The sub was average. For $10, it was pretty sad. The amount of tuna seemed less than before. I wasn't even greeted when I came in but she did thank me after I thanked her. Would NOT come back unless it's BOGO.

Stupid Mexican lady couldn’t make my sandwich and screwed everything up. She needs to go back on the other side of the fence! Extremely rude! Luckily there was a white kid there who made me a new one! Avoid this location at all cost! Owner must be a tool to hire illegals!

The worst subway I have had since the 80's. The one employee, a lady, did not speak english wellI but was smiling at least. Lol. I was the only customer. I ordered a $9 footlomg. Paper thin turkey and ham with only one layer of each, 1 slice American cheese cut in 4 triangles, around 5 or 6 small banana peppers and black olives. 1 squirt of sweet onion sauce and I had to add mayo when I got home. Bread was hard as a rock. To the trash it went after a couple of bites that was hard to bite into due to hard bread. 9 bucks for this mess. I will never go back to this location ever again.

I was not pleased with the way the store owner handles coupons. Some coupons are not accepted, and some are but menu items are disqualified. Can only use build your own items. That's not what the coupon says! Anyways, because of that, I will not spend money here again!
