Another Taco Bell failure. Went thru the drive thru. Couldn't see any nachos on the outdoor menu. Ordered Dorito Locos Taco, 5 Layer Beefy Burrito, and a crunchy taco supreme. When we got to the window, we asked if they had nachos because we didn't see them and when confirmed we asked if it was too late to order. They said yes, we'd have to go back through the line. They handed us our food. As soon as we pulled away, I checked the bag receipt and saw they put the order in wrong. Instead of crunchy taco supreme they had a soft beef taco and a supreme Dorito Locos Taco. I dont understand why this is so hard. You'd think I've learn my lesson by now. Taco Bell has become the absolute worst. Every single visit, which is now maybe 4 times a year, because they're so bad, our order is wrong. Ridiculous!

Placed an order on the app and the employee told me he wasn’t up to temp so he couldn’t serve me. Wasn’t reimbursed and lost a good margin of money for nothing. Terrible taco bell, with lazy employees.

Disgusting, came on my lunch break ordered a chicken cantina quesadilla and a chicken enchilada burrito. After getting home I took a bite and almost chipped a tooth. There were two hard plastic like pieces in my quesadilla. I called the restaurant and the rude lady said there was nothing she would do about it. I will be following up with the franchise owner. See pictures for what was in my quesadilla. I am charging back the meal with my card. Do not eat here low quality food and terrible service.

When I got home I took a bite into the quesadilla and almost broke a tooth from a hard white plastic like material inside the quesadilla. I called the restaurant and the rude lady said there was nothing she could do about it. I am disgusted and will be filing a complaint against this store and charging back the meal inedible with my card. Rude disgusting food and service.
