I ordered Taco Bell tonight for me and my partner and my order was missing my large drink and my customizations was messed up, on my tacos. This was very disappointing because I really love Taco Bell and I was looking forward to having it since I can’t get out of bed and it was frustrating when he arrived home with our order for us and all my tacos were messed up and my drink was missing. Very unhappy with this location!

I have delivered 450+ DoorDash orders from various fast food restaurants. Tell me why the one time I make a simple online order to this location, they mess it up this much…One medium and one large Baja blast ordered. No large Baja blast received.Doritos Locos tacos was asked only for “less lettuce.” Came with less lettuce, cheese, and meat; practically eating only a dorito chip…If you’re working at a place like Taco Bell, it doesn’t matter to me that you hate your job. The least you could do is be competent. Do better

The restaurant has horrible staff, this is the 2nd time my meal got screwed at this location. Don’t waste your time unless you re ordering in person right inside. That way you can go off on them in person if they mess up.

This seems to be the go to place for my kids. They don't ask for any other fast food but taco bell? Like it's candy. I can usually find stuff I like depending on the mood. Their faves are Doritos taco. I like soft taco supreme.
Service is terrible (always, at this location. I had a lady scream and argue with me through thr drive through, in the past. ?♂️)While i realize taco maker may not be a dream job, just a teeny, tiny little bit of pride in your work (after I download the app, enter payment, place my order, drive up there, then have to 'serve' my own order and then clean up) would go a long way! (It's not like you guys are making duck l'orange.)I will say this. This is the first time in YEARS, that my order was correct! ?? So you saved me those heartbeats going back for a correction. (Sometimes twice! ?Also a plus...i don't have to interact with toxic people who hate their job before they screw up my meal. ? (It's such a tragic fail at something so easy.)I hope you enjoy reading my constructive input as much as I emjoyed a writing it!Enjoy your day!

Ian deserves a raise!We came in at around 9pm on Wednesday night.We paid through the kiosk, as the staff were busy with drive thru orders. We got our order and started eating. I was two slices into my quesadilla when my husband said, “didn’t you get a drink?”I had, but I hadn’t received the cup.I went up to the counter and waited my turn after another gentleman was getting his order. I locked eyes with one of the kitchen staff. I said to him that I just needed a large cup because it hadn’t been with our order. The kitchen member who was still standing in the kitchen pointed to Ian, and said his name to get his attention. (Ian was running the drive thru at that moment) This team member then signaled for Ian to assist me. Ian was in the middle of an order, and motioned if I could give him “one second.” I’ve been in this industry before, so I motioned back, “no problem”.The first gentleman I had originally engaged with, was now standing idle behind the counter. He had started to prepare to do something, but then went slack and just stood there with his back to me.I noted this.Once Ian was available to assist me, I simply mentioned that I hadn’t received my large cup.He grabbed it for me and continued to the next drive thru customer.I was perplexed that the first guy pushed my request off to the guy who was busy helping other people, while he was not doing anything.Just this interaction was noticeable.I don’t know if there was a history between these two, but more could have been done to help the guy who was already busy.
The Men's room did not have a urinal, only a stall.I placed my order using the kiosk and when it was delivered to the front, no one provided a cup, which was part of the combo meal. I stood there for half a minute and then finally had to get someone's attention to give me a large cup so that I could fill it from the fountain. The kiosk allowed me to add onions to my order and instead of adding them to the quesadillas, I had a tiny bowl which cannot be added to a quesadilla once the cheese is melted to the tortilla.My quesadilla was sliced with what can only be called new math geometry.Parking: If you park too close to the drive-thru you can be trapped by those waiting in line.

Such a wonderful customer service I did mistake via my taco bell app but Sindhu was awesome she helped me beyond my expectation . She is amazing customer care . I wanted to go back in same Taco Bell again and again. One more person was there I didn’t ask name but he was very friendly and polite.Vegetarian options: Now we have more options in Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell

I ordered 2 things from the drive-through. 1 soft taco add sour cream (which I paid extra for) and Nacho fries with cheese. 2 packets of taco sauce. I received 1 taco, no sour cream, and no hot sauce at all. The fries were barely warm and somewhat chewy. However, the lady working the drive-through was very friendly and efficient. Service was fast.

I went through the drive through around 11pm, there was 1 car ahead of me and when I got to the speaker no one greeted me. I waited a few min before saying something and was told to hold on. I was finally asked what I wanted a few min later. I ordered, paid, got the food. Everything was correct but sub par for fast food but as expected for taco bell. The workers were polite and quick once I ordered.
