I've eaten here a few of times before hockey games, especially when I'm running late. Last night was the last time. Service is slow and the workers barely conceal their hostility towards customers. They're just not nice.
My food last night was lukewarm at best. And while I asked for two hot sauces for my two tacos, I got enough for a family of 4. I would have gladly traded most of those for some napkins. Yep, no napkins in my bag.
I guess the above is why there never seems to be a line at the drive-thru.
I'm done. There are too many good restaurants in that area to put up with this Taco Bell crap.

Staff was completely dismissive including the manager which was a bit bit of a shock. Stood at the counter or about five minutes before I asked if somebody could take my order. The manager sitting in the office look me in the eye and then completely ignored me. Finally one of the ladies that was working the drive-through told me to put my order in at the kiosk. Thankfully I was hungry and need to get back to work otherwise I would've walked out. Mediocre food and trash service. Guess I shouldn't be surprised from Taco Bell.

Lets start with my overall rating of 1 star: I hardly enjoy fast food just because of bad experiences. It is extremely frustrating to waste time and money on fast food with horrible service and food prep. I rated the food a 1 because it was horribly prepared. I will need to go through my phone and add the photos once I scroll across them. However the food was very ill prepared. I had toppings from tacos falling all into my bag. My burritos were smashed and chicken instead of steak. The food was not hot it was warm. We asked for sauce and I'm not sure if it were supposed to be a joke or not but we received like three massive handfuls of taco sauces. There was so much sauce it covered the entire contents of the bag. Usually you don't get enough sauce at these places, this time we got more than we could use lmao.
The service here is horrible. Bunch of employees, yet food service is slow and sloppy. You have workers at the windows being very unprofessional... The way they were just there chatting it up and throwing things In the bag. They prefer to work together more than efficiently and accurately.
The atmosphere is hard to judge as I went through the drivethrough. I am unsure what this site may look like on the inside.
Overall I would not recommend people stop off at this taco bell. Sorry.

BEWARE OF WHAT MIGHT BE LURKING IN YOUR FOOD! SOMEONE'S GLOVE OR BANDAID MADE IT INTO THEIR NACHO CHEESE AND WAS IN EVERY ONE OF THE FOUR CUPS THAT CAME WITH MY ORDER. MASSIVE FOOD SAFETY ISSUE.

So disappointing. It was 9:50am and I wanted breakfast. Drove to two different Taco Bell’s and they don’t have breakfast. Despite it being on their online menu.

I had a fantastic experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru at 380 E Stacy Rd, Allen, TX 75002! I placed my order through the app, and by the time I got to the drive-thru lane, everything was ready to go. The process was seamless — I gave them my name, and my food was handed to me quickly and exactly as I ordered.
The staff was friendly, and the drive-thru line moved smoothly. It’s great to have such a convenient and reliable experience when ordering through the app. I’ll definitely be using this location again. Highly recommend!

I’ve started coming here after work some nights (I get off late) and they’re always on point and never say the don’t have something. And it doesn’t take and unnecessary amount of time. That’s great for a Taco Bell lol
