Went through the drive through and the worker completely ignored my requests. Asked for extra sour cream on one of my items, and the item came with none. Also the drive through worker did NOT ask me about hot sauce packets so I made sure to ask at the window and the employee ignored the request. Had to go back for hot sauce packets. It wasn’t until I got back home that I realized there was in fact no extra sour cream on my burrito (THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR). I’m disappointed with this location and will be looking for a new location. TACO BELL DO BETTER! 🤦🏼♀️

I waited over 40 minutes for my food while other orders were constantly going out ahead of mine. When I politely asked about the delay, an employee called me “ignorant” and referred to me as “a white,” which was extremely disrespectful and offensive. I felt humiliated and completely disrespected as a customer. I want a full refund and for this situation to be addressed seriously.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I’ve been to. Every time I visit this location there is always missing food. The most recent time we placed a mobile order and it wasn’t even close to ready by the time we arrived. I checked the order as we were driving away and saw that we had a missing item. We went inside to get the item and workers were very rude and didn’t say anything. One worker made the item then just threw the bag on the counter. Upon further investigation, the item was not properly made and absolutely slathered with hot sauce that wasn’t ordered.
I tried to call to speak with a supervisor about the situation and was told that the manager wasn’t there. Apparently the manager April, was not there, or at least didn’t want to talk.
Save your money and go somewhere else. This location is not worth the time or money.

every time I order from here the food is always soggy and wet. I haven't had a single good experience with the food at this location. i will not be coming back. I absolutely do not recommend this place, do not come here unless u want ur food to fall apart in ur hands.

Bad for your gut. Decent for your wallet. Good for the occasional bite into a crunch wrap that leaves you wishing you were ten toes up on a beach in Cabo
