Its difficult to have a good experince here. Ive been coming to this location for too long. I cant even get through the drive thru anymore because my order is somehow ALWAYS wrong. Tonight we went and we were missing $9 of items, and when i asked about them the lady that was speaking to me offered not even just an apology. just "what do you want". I explained i was missing several items and she was yelling to the back to make them as i was trying to speak. Then just walked away. We arent having large orders, Just enough food for 2 people. there wasnt larger drive thru line, and nobody else in the lobby. But we cant go through the drive thru because they get it wrong more often than right. The same lady i spoke with tonight also yelled at me a while back. I was on the phone in the drive thru and got to the window to pay. I hand my card and im speaking on the phone and she looks at me and YELLS "ANY SAUCES?!?!?".. Maim are you speaking to me or your associates. There is no reason to yell at me to ask if i wanted sauce, ESPECIALLY when i was already asked at the speaker and said "yes, i would like some fire sauce please". To have an employee yell at customers, get their orders wrong more often than not wrong, and offer no apology for poor customer service is insane. As someone who also works in the customer service industry the lack of effort, communication, and quality service is astonishing. GOD FORBID you put in a doordash order to this location. One time we ordered 4 tacos, 2 drinks, and nachos through them (in the taco bell app, delivered by DD) and we got 2 tacos, no drinks. Thats it. go to the other locations, this one has no care. Never ever again.

I order from this location very often and just have to say the quality of the food and service has never been better. Got lunch earlier and was really impressed at every single customization being honored, how professional the cashier was, and how quickly everything was done. I had a few minor issues with this place a few times but I can see that action was taken to improve as a restaurant. The staff here is awesome- especially lately!

I gave this a low score because first they gave me a slushy leaking all over the place it got on my phone and car. Asked for a bigger cup to catch the leak and the lady gave me a cup holder. I told her I didn't need it and my drink is leaking. Plus , I got a "power bowl" and the beans and guacamole was extremely BLACK. I threw all of the away. I DIDN'T receive all my food and I didn't get a receipt even after I asked for it.The food and service is HORRIBLE ?

I love how all the Taco Bell restaurants are consistent in food quality and taste. That is why I enjoy eating there.
They did not give any sauce with taco! How is taco complete without fire sauce?But the Hispanic lady at the window is really nice and cooperative.

Worst experience ever. They can't get simple instructions on modifications like no beans... Had them correct the order 3 times. And acted like I was being extremely difficult. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

I saw the drive through cashier take a picture of my credit card with his cell phone ! Beware ! My Credit card was attempted to be used but my bank stopped the transaction.
