Great workers and fresh delicious food
The best soft taco (add tomatoes) under management by Kathi. Two make a balanced meal with no grease (low fat). If a senior, ask for a senior drink!
Great service good food

This Taco Bell is my favorite. Always super clean, employees are kind and helpful, and they almost always get my order spot-on!

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. There is the occasional mistake but the quality of the food is higher than other locations. They also consistently have the limited time options unlike other locations. Regardless of whether it’s noon or midnight, I drive a little further to this location to have a better experience

This is easily one of the worst-managed Taco Bell locations I’ve ever visited. It’s consistently understaffed, and management is rarely present, which leaves employees doing whatever they want. The food and service are both unreliable.
Every time I’ve ordered a bean burrito here, an employee thinks it’s funny to add rice, even though that’s not part of the order. If you live near this location, I highly recommend driving to another Taco Bell for better quality and service.

Ever since management has changed, this Taco Bell has fell off so hard!! It is the worst location by far and the owner Ravi is so disrespectful. We told him to make the food fresh because there has been few instances that they forget an item in our bag or forget to put proper ingredients that belong in the entree. Rather than saying yes we will make it fresh, he said “well you could go to another Taco Bell location”. I mean how rude! I would give this 0 stars if I could. Ravi needs to be fired since he doesn’t know what customer service is.

Taco bell has really gone down hill
The taco shell are always stale. They are not crispy. They had giant pieces of lettuce not shredded. I use to love the chalupa, but now the outside is cold, and not cooked like they used to make them. I ordered nachos grande. Nacho chips were stale
They had a top of meat, and only a couple chips had cheese sauce on them
The quality is really low, but the prices are high
Really sad if taco bells home office is in plano, and the food prep is this bad. I also have order the frozen drinks and they are not even half full.

I waited over 40 minutes for my food while other orders were constantly going out ahead of mine. When I politely asked about the delay, an employee called me “ignorant” and referred to me as “a white,” which was extremely disrespectful and offensive. I felt humiliated and completely disrespected as a customer. I want a full refund and for this situation to be addressed seriously.

Great location. I was in a hurry between kid's games. The food was super fresh, service was outstanding (everyone was extremely polite, fast, and professional). The best Taco Bell location so far. Left with the feeling of an upscale restaurant service. The restroom was super clean and the restaurant itself was very polished (didn't feel any smell of some cheap cleaning chemicals)
