We were just thru the drive thru. My wife talking to this young man just being as chatty as he can be. We ordered 3 crispy beef taco supremes and mild sauce with a Strawberry frozen.He gave us the bag but no tacos and no sauce but three cruchwrap supremes. We had started driving back to house when noticed their mistake.Two lessons:First -->Always check your food before you drive.Second-->whatever these cruchwraps are ..they taste aweful...avoid them.

I got the Potato taco, doritos locos taco, mexican pizza, cinnabon delights, and chicken burrito.The food was very satisfying as all the food tasted good. However my house is only a few minutes away and they forgot one of my tacos, and the tacos were soggy. Despite this the food was solid and the cinnabon delights in particular must've come straight from heaven the way they were tasting.The service was cool and fine besides them missing some of my order and the vibe was chill.
Lately they have been getting everything wrong on my order. Had to return 3 different times because they don't seem to know the difference between beef and chicken.

Love this TacoB.Always friends staff and yummy food.Most of orders are auto pickups, so restaurant mostly is for family to enjoy.kids love to play with ordering machine and pickup the food.Did it multiple times over last 6 years, will keep doing more.
I get the spicy potato soft tacos and they are always fantastic. I always use the drive through and there is this charming and kind young man who always takes my order. His makeup is flawless and stunning, I'm totally jealous of his skills. He is always so sweet to me and has such great customer service. I hope they treat him well and day him well. He deserves a raise. He is fantastic. I also recently started ordering the frozen blue raspberry drink, it's pretty good. It's a great treat if I need a pick me up after a bad day. Everytime... EVERYTIME I go here, whether I order online ahead of time or thru the drive thru, they get something wrong. This time (drive thru), I wanted to substitute the Chipotle sauce for sour cream on a burrito and I got neither. Just a dry burrito AND they charged me for the sour cream I didn't even get. The previous time (online for pick up) they told me I didn't order a drink so, I had to show them my receipt to prove it. The actual receipt they used to make the order. THEN, they gave me a burrito that was missing some of the itemsI requested and paid additional money for. I didn't realize until I got home and opened the burrito. I had to go back to get it replaced. They do not pay attention and, for them to offer substitutions that are literally shown on the screen when making the order (I've worked at TB before), I don't understand how they always get it wrong. If you're going to order from here, DO NOT alter the menu items. That's my recommendation. From now on, I'll be driving the additional 4 to 5 miles to the next closest TB. This location has lost my business for good.
