The older indian lady manager is always being so rude to her employees in front of customers. Numerous times ive been here mistreating and condescending to her younger employees. Makes it super awkward every time. Shes also alot ruder than her actual employees when she takes the order in person so it seems the wrong person is training the wrong person.

The cashier was pleasant considering the circumstances. I asked for super nachos with everything on the side. They prepared them with everything on the nacho chips and asked if that would be okay. I guess it was management but she said they come that way and she was going to charge me extra. Also the nacho cheese sauce was an off color brown. We will not be back. Too bad. Not a pleasant dining experience.

I ordered lunch today for our school group. It was a large order of 70 tacos and nearly 70 more burritos and we received incredible service! Not only was the order accurate, but the staff included napkins, hot sauce and plates for the group and even noticed that I drove up and rolled out my completed order to my vehicle to load before I even opened my car door. It was wonderful to work with Taco Casa. The portions are generous and the food is always delicious. Amazing service was the cherry on top today!

You know, I've been to this location several times and not once did I regret it. This location is it!!! I recommend this location over literally ALL of them. They're always polite, they always get the order right, they don't take forever, and if there is a wait, at all, it's worth the wait regardless. The entire staff is awesome. They have a great team that works well together and they make magic happen, daily! They don't under fill burritos like most places do, they don't mess you over on the cheese when you get nachos, I mean, this place, like I said, is it!!!! If you're going anywhere else, you're messing yourself over.

I've been going to this taco casa for a couple months now and they never fail to satisfy. They always get the order right, the food is freshly made and always delicious. Always fully loaded in tacos, nachos or burritos and it's the best. The staff is nice and communicate well and always double check and make sure you get everything you asked for.

Terrible experiences are abundant at this location! My last 2 transactions here have been terrible. First there was no employee at front counter which made me leave to go through drive thru. Once in drive through, I had to repeat my order at the window and they still got it wrong. Tonight, I ordered 9 items through Grubhub for delivery and was missing 3 items. I will never spend money at this Taco Casa again. They need to get their stuff together because right now they suck!
