The "main" chef (she was wearing a red thing around her head)on the food line was very rude and disrespectful to her employees and to myself when she expedited my food order. The gentleman taking my order was very friendly. I love the food at taco casa, but there is a right and wrong way to treat people. I'm Noone to judge but come on. Also (3) of the tables are broken in the dining room they are hanging halfway to the wall seemed and looked very unsafe.

Second time at this location after about a year. I used to think this was the best place for crispy tacos, but things have changed. The taco shells were so stale that you couldn’t bite through them. I also got a bean and cheese burrito. The bean’s weren’t even hot enough to melt the shredded cheese. Won’t be back a third time.

We ordered 2 super nachos. We removed the jalapeños and sour cream and politely asked they substitute tomatoes and meat in place. They charged us extra. So they save money on the items we removed but charge extra for substitutes. Charging is one thing when adding extra but if you are substituting then there shouldn't be a charge. Also they didn't even give us extra meat.

To start, the lady taken our order doesn’t listen very well. Had to repeat the order multiple times and we both told her that we are eating here, but they still packed our order to go. After sitting down and unpack our food, I had to build my super nachos. Things have changed here for the worse. The chips for my nachos were very close to stale and the shredded cheese is different. Casa use to have the best cheese. Soft track was good and the food was hot. My wife paid extra for black olives and there was literally 7 of them on her chilada, which now by the way is smaller than it used to be to be. Unfortunately this is the closest one to us, but it has definitely changed. It’s not the worse place, but seems to heading that direction.

Big Man in the drive-through is always awesome. He is a model employee. I’ve often thought about “borrowing “ him from you guys :) … besides providing superior service , none of my employees would dare step out of line with him as their supervisor.. You have a great man working for you and I would bet you don’t pay him what he is worth….

I love Taco Casa and typically don't ever have issues or complaints regarding them. The tostada shell was soggy, Casa delights bag was barely half full. When asked, I clearly declined any hot sauce yet there must've been a dozen packets in my bag. What a waste as I totally just throw them away.
