I just finished eating my Taco Casa meal that I purchased through the drive-through, and my initial feeling is that I want to pour bleach down my throat to get the awful aftertaste out. I ordered the super nachos, because the display photo showed a pristine platter of amazing-looking nachos. The photo is a lie, my friends. It is not served on a pristine platter, at all. The truth is, it is served in two large Styrofoam containers, one containing an enormous amount of very hard chips and warm cheese, the other container contains an assortment of refried beans, tomatoes, sour cream, and something that is meant to pass as ground beef. Try satisfyingly mixing this concoction while sitting in your small SUV, containers in your lap. Doing so will make you frown. Oh, how I wish Taco Casa served those nachos like they were displayed. As for the aftertaste? Pardon me while I go induce massive vomiting.

Dining area in disarray. Dirty tables.Employee cleaning dust off top of food warmer table, kicking debris onto steam table!!!We stood and waited to 5 min and even said hello with no responses.Horrible experience.Won't return.

The manager was rude and yelling at the young boy working there and his wife was rude as well. She acted like asking for hot sauce was a crime after we just spent $65 on food. It must have changed ownership because it used to be a friendly place. NEVER going back.

Stand alone restaurant with ample parking. Order at the counter, give them your name, and they shout it out when your order is ready. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bun on the chili burger was rather soggy. The meat was not very flavorful. Tacos were pretty good. Good place for a quick bite but not as good as some other local fast food Mexican restaurants.

I have been here a few times in the afternoon and service was pretty decent for younger people running the show, but I expected more from the morning crew. Food was good but I've had a couple of run-ins with a woman there my past couple times. If something is wrong and you tell her she will disagree with you and argue with you. I asked one of the employees who she was and they said that was the manager. She is not friendly and definitely does not handle customer service issues correctly. Taco casa will be losing a lot of customers if this manager doesn't ship up her service skills and understand you don't argue with the customers or make dirty looks at them. I don't think I'll take my business to this particular establishment.

I dont know what these idiots are thinking because I'm lactose intolerant. Every time I have asked for no cheese, they either put it on everything or part of my order. Its not funny and I won't be coming to this location anymore. It's happened about 5 times now ??

Using curse words to each other and just very unprofessional. the last time I was there bout a week ago, I walked in and no one was anywhere to be seen behind the counter.I said loudly, "HELLO" about 20 times. No one every came to the counter. I finally just left. I guess they are unconcerned about being robbed.
