Thai Box (Allen, TX)

I was excited to try this place bc i recently moved into a salon suite nearby and i love Thai food. The green curry was like a paste, it was so thick and so bad we couldn’t eat it, and that’s pretty impressive considering my husband will eat literally anything. The food was untouched, and the waitress asked if we needed a to go box and I said no thanks, she didn’t ask if we liked it or anythin which was so obvious that we didn’t. My husbands food was better but still very bland. I am Thai and have grown up drinking Thai tea and the one I ordered here was awful, I didn’t drink it either. So to spend $60 on lunch (which was super small portions anyway) and not liking it really sucked.

Thai Box is one of my favorite spots! The food is always amazing — not just the Thai dishes, but also their sushi and pho, which are all delicious and up to my standards. The atmosphere is chill, the service is excellent, and the best part is how consistent everything is every time I go. Highly recommend!

I came here while on vacation and got a TON of food for a very good price. I was served quickly and loved both dishes I ordered. I was eating alone being an introvert and they didn't bother me while I watched videos during my meal! Amazing atmosphere

Ordered Uber Eats - I selected 1 out of 6 on spicy. I was crying it was so spicy. For a $20 entree and I couldn’t take more than 3 bites.

The chicken egg-rolls were delicious! The plate sizes were generous and the staff very friendly. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!

I was just in and ordered a Thai iced tea with crystal boba he gave me some watered down tea with regular boba, that tasted old, he never asked about my order acted like he was short staffed. Don’t advertise best boba when it’s anything but, I had to throw it away. Won’t be back

The food was fresh and delicious. Ate on the covered patio and it was great. Had a Purpose Ice Cream Macaron for dessert. Yummy!!! Great vegan options, too.

I'm sad today. I have eaten here dozens of times. Today, the food was flat, disappointing, and on top of that they have increased their prices. I would happily pay more if the quality had stayed the same (which was good, previously). The vegetables in both the soup and the curry had an odd taint to them, like they were long frozen or maybe canned. The curry was too salty--basically everything was out of balance. I'm disappointed, but I will have to move on to a different Thai place.

Very small portions. Not worth the price. Ordered from this place through UberEat. An order of beef broccoli stir fry cost $19.91 pre-tax and barely feeds one person. Taste is rather bland as well.
