Checked in this evening only to find out there was no parking !! None anywhere ! Not at the hotel, not in the parking garage and not at any surrounding stores !! I circled the parking lot for an entire hour after check in and couldn’t find anywhere to park . As a paying guest parking should be something easily attainable! It’s almost 10pm and there is still no where to park! The one good thing is the gentleman working the front desk who has been so kind and understanding. He has done everything in his power to be accommodating! Very much appreciate that. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the parking situation shouldn’t be this way especially when it seems like the parking isn’t even taken ( for the most part ) by hotel guests

Shower door bottom seal leaked profusely. had I not placed the bath mat and a bath towel in the right spot, a lot of water would have flooded about a quarter of the floor. There were zero USB ports in the room. ZERO. So, if you’re going to stay here make sure you bring adapters for everything you need to charge.

The hotel looks great - 1. It was clean 2. The lobby is attractive and spacious 3. The room was nice. It was clean. So, you ask, why only one star? Well, this is why: 1. A very expensive necklace was stolen by housekeeping. I did not leave the necklace out in the open. It was hidden in my suitcase. So, they had to go out of their way to open the suitcase and hunt for something to steal. I don't think this is the first theft like this at the hotel. However, I think it may be one of their first police reported thefts. Yes, I called the police and they filed an incident report and they will do an investigation. Will the hotel do anything? No. They said the housekeeper said I may have left it on the sheets and it got carried to the laundry room. No. More like, they stole it and quickly stashed it in the sheets and carried it away so it wouldn't be on them if caught red handed. This hotel has many weddings here. On my stay, I saw a minimum of 4 weddings posted on the boards. So, if you plan to go to this hotel, you will most likely like the cleanliness of the place. However, do not leave anything of value in the room. Even if you think you hid it well, it will likely be stolen. There are NO safes in the rooms. Don't do what I did and leave your guard down to let housekeeping clean your room. If you can go without and make due, then do this. Otherwise, if you do need them to clean, leave absolutely nothing of value in the room.

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from 1/11/23-1/14/23. The staff were all friendly and helpful and made me and my family feel welcome and took great care of us. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and we had the most attentive and most wonderful Bautista’s that I have ever come across. CJ and Shemika welcomed me and my family and they made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. They were VERY attentive and we felt like they catered to us, even though they seemed to make their way around the tables of all the guests that were eating. The service they provided was memorable and perfect!!! Definitely not what o expected at a hotel breakfast! CJ and Shemika were both AWESOME! Every morning we went they treated us as if they were anticipating our arrival. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! It was a great stay around some great people.

Terrible experience with my 2nd stay. 1st time I was there I was aware of the air conditioners being very noisy. 2nd stay I requested to be given a room with a quiet air conditioner and the staff asked me to find a different hotel and recommended Hilton, etc. Was shocked by the response.

Its larger than your usual courtyard (9 floors) as it used to be something else. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff cheerful and helpful. Location near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Very nice selection of breakfast items, unfortunately, all the hot foods (eggs, bacon, potatoes, gravy) were cold.

Room was fine although AC was loud and the temperature set on the controls didn't seem to have any effect. Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel seemed to be understaffed - when I arrived I had to wait 15 mins for someone to appear at the front desk so I could checkin, rooms were only cleaned every few days, no breakfast buffet and sometimes the coffee place didn't do food because they didn't have a cook.

7/9/22: We are locals on an overnight trip. Ethan checked us in. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to accommodate my room upgrade request. He set us up in a very nice suite, which had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The room had a very nice layout and was very clean. We would have appreciated a different brand of toiler paper, because the one in our room was very coarse. Not sure what brand it was. The covered parking garage was conveniently located across the street from the property. Unfortunately the dining facility on the property was not available to us the evening of 7/9/22 because it was closed. We appreciated the many dining options within walking distance. The property is centrally located to many shopping and dining areas. We would certainly stay here again!

The hotel is very modern, upscale and very clean. Easy check in and check out. The rooms were comfortable and having a balcony was very nice. Downstairs is a bar with food options. The hotel puts you within walking distance of the Allen event center, many shopping and restaurant options. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here last year and was going to stay there again last night. When making reservations, online says $150 non-refundable dog deposit. We have a 8 lb dog that is better trained than most children. I called to verify the charge and was told it was $75. I checked around and we made reservations at the aloft in Frisco. One pet free…..no charge at all. This will be our stop from now on. $75 or 150 is crazy.
