2/3/26 around 6pm. Front desk host was very polite and accommodating , food was great. Waiter was extremely slow in which this did not bother me until I politely asked her if she could close me out as I needed to leave within 5 mins. She took this to offense for what reason I don’t know rolled her eyes and says “yeah ok I’m not going anywhere” honestly this really pissed me off. Teach your staff etiquette behavior please.

Love the brown bread. Servings are usually enough to share.
Had a really good time we came to get some lettuce wraps the bread was crispy and great. The sauces on the lettuce wraps are awesome. It does seem a little smaller than what I’m used to. I’m not sure if they are experiencing shrink inflation.

Ridiculous prices, a slice of cheese cake $12.00, tea $5.00 so for 2 mid range pasta meals with drinks and a slice was $80.00.

Love the menu so much to choose from .... Tried the Asian Nachos and glad I did they were great. My daughter got one of the Chicken dishes and she loved it.
Always large servings which gives you a chance to take home some leftover and enjoy them at home.
Can't go wrong eating at Cheesecake Factory, so treat yourself.....

Went for lunch last week and was told there was a 30 minute wait when there were at least 25 open tables along with several dirty ones. We ordered fried zucchini, a salad and pot stickers all at once.The zucchini came out first and was totally burnt. The potstickers came out and still no salad. No management in site. We told them to keep the food and we left. This is probably the third time this is happened.It seems there is no management and nobody watching what's going on.We won't be going back

Food was amazing, you need to know what you are in the mood for as they have an expansive menu with ton of options, maybe too many. Service was a little slow and it was cold. If you sit in the middle of this location you will probably be okay but towards the back with bigger table and booths, it was really cold and we had to eat with our jackets on. Other than that, it was great.
Ribeye is trash!!!!! Used to be a great dish, so blend now and thin.

My husband and I really enjoyed dining at this Cheesecake Factory. The food was so good and our server Mercedes made our overall experience even more enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to return to this location for another date night :).
