Food never disappoints at cheesecake factory. I had the chicken salad sandwich with french fries and my hubby had some Asian dish. Everything was hot and yummy. Service is definitely lacking at the Allen Texas location. It takes forever to get any service and when you do it takes a lot of time to get refills or anything else that you may need. Cheesecake is always amazing.

At almost 50 i had never been to a cheesecake factory so we decided to try it out. It was very clean and people that worked there were very friendly. However, the drink service was really slow and the spas that crispy chicken that i ordered was so drenched in dressing that I couldn't eat it.

We have visiting CCF all over the country for the last 20 years. The Alan, TX location would have to be the worst location as far as the service is concerned. Our issue was brought to the manager's attention (Asian lady). What attitude she displayed. Great food. Terrible service. Will NOT return to this location.

The experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow — I waited almost 50 minutes for my steak. I specifically asked for medium rare, but it was served well-done. The ribeye steak I originally ordered suddenly became unavailable, and I was forced to choose something else without any discount or compensation. To make things worse, the bill automatically included a tip without even asking me. Overall, very poor service and I would not recommend this place.
