Food never disappoints at cheesecake factory. I had the chicken salad sandwich with french fries and my hubby had some Asian dish. Everything was hot and yummy. Service is definitely lacking at the Allen Texas location. It takes forever to get any service and when you do it takes a lot of time to get refills or anything else that you may need. Cheesecake is always amazing.
At almost 50 i had never been to a cheesecake factory so we decided to try it out. It was very clean and people that worked there were very friendly. However, the drink service was really slow and the spas that crispy chicken that i ordered was so drenched in dressing that I couldn't eat it.
Family and I visited for a b-day get-together recently. Julie helped us set up our reservation for our large party and Jenna waited on our group; both did a great job of making us feel welcome and taken care of!
