We spent a gorgeous afternoon at The Hub 121 in Allen and it could not have been more perfect. The weather was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and it was such a great place to enjoy quality time with family outdoors.

There are so many food options to choose from — pizza, tacos, sushi, hot dogs, ice cream, shakes, drinks and more — so everyone in the family found something they loved. The setup is ideal with lots of picnic tables, open-air seating, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sunshine.

What really makes it special is the kid-friendly environment. There’s room for kids to play while the adults relax, enjoy a drink, and actually have a conversation. It’s the kind of place where you can linger for hours without feeling rushed.

Whether you’re meeting friends, bringing the family, or just looking for a great outdoor spot to unwind, The Hub 121 is a gem. We’ll definitely be back — this is one of our new favorite places in Allen!

We ordered premium margaritas priced at $13 but were charged $18 each. On the next transaction, the bartender added a grand float we didn’t order, increasing the price again. This happened to us and our friends, so it wasn’t a one-time error. Billing transparency was a major issue, check your receipt closely.

In response to the Owner's reply,
I appreciate you looking into this. However, the issue wasn't a 'misunderstanding' but a clear discrepancy in billing that affected multiple people in our party, which suggests a consistent fraud, not an isolated incident. The 'party favors' were a kind gesture but not a resolution to being overcharged. We want to ensure proper billing for all future customers, which is why I am reiterating the importance of checking receipts closely.

We ordered chicken wings and found a long hair inside the food. They took it back and remade the order, but we were also overcharged for drinks.

This happened twice on the same day, which is very concerning. Overall, it felt like a shady experience.

Always check your receipt carefully.

Outdoor and indoor Ambiance is good.

Good Place with Family and Yes Arcade games for Kids but Paid.

I have an absolutely incredible experience every time I visit the hub! The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and the food is incredible! I met the manager, Jen, and she made my night so great and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I am definitely making the hub my new spot!!

We came for the Sausage Stampede and stayed for the great food and Weenie Races. We had a great time and met some super cool dogs, and their owners weren’t half bed 😉

We LOVE this place. I bring corporate groups here almost monthly and we have ALWAYS had such an amazing experience. The team is so well organized, hard working, and incredibly attentive. I encourage everyone to have events here, but even just going with friends on the weekend is a great experience. Great addition to the area.

The television is so so loud and echoes. This makes for an uncomfortable disturbance.

The Hub in Allen is hands-down one of my favorite “third places” — you go home, to work, and then to The Hub. It’s such an amazing spot for families, friends, or even solo time. During the summer, we’ve gone to book readings, splash days, and events with characters like the Easter Bunny, Mickey Mouse, and tons more! They even have a petting zoo, arts and crafts, and so many fun activities for kids (and grown-ups who still love a good photo op).

When no one can decide what to eat, The Hub saves the day — BBQ, tacos, Italian, and more all in one place. Plus, there’s a giant screen to watch the game, $1 mimosas, and plenty of space to relax, meet people, or even get a little work done on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Whether you’re there for family fun, date night, or a casual hangout — The Hub in Allen truly has it all. A total gem for the community!

Great place for large groups to eat as there is decent amount of cuisine available for American food. Lots of space to chill and sometimes the concerts are very cool. Parking isn't bad but once it gets full you have to walk a little bit more.

I used to love this place when it first opened, but it became a McDonald’s playground with unruly children because of undisciplined adults.

It would be nice to enjoy an evening without children throwing their football while their parents get drunk, or my dogs get kicked by a soccer ball while parents sit in a different section, not paying attention to their children.

It’s a shame. This place has so much potential, and I’ve been going for years, but tonight was my last time. This place needs to turn around. Or else other spots like Chicken N Pickle are going to turn into the same, miserable, loud, chaotic, overpriced environment.

I understand The Hub is an outdoor venue but the movies they play are so loud you can't hear, let alone talk. The food is typical fast food and the picnic tables are fine. I wish it had more shade outside.
