These cookies are so scrumptious! I love the Peanut Butter and the Oatmeal Raisin! My girls love the Golden and Chocolate Dubai cookies! Will order again and highly recommend Tiff's Treats! 🩷🥰

Bought from them one time overpriced and nothing special. It’s a cookie plus they were so warm that they were all glued together, and we had to try and pry them apart with little success.

I recently placed an online order with Tiff’s Treats, and unfortunately I was really disappointed with my experience. When I arrived to pick up my order, the store was completely empty and there were plenty of extra cookies already made at the front counter. However, I was told that because I ordered online, I would still have to wait. I ended up waiting a total of 23 minutes for a simple dozen cookies.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that the staff wasn’t busy at all — they were standing around, walking in and out of the back, while I just waited. I would completely understand if the store was slammed or they were behind, but that wasn’t the case at all.

It just didn’t make sense that an online order would take longer than ordering in person. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience, and I hope they improve their service for online customers.

I love Tiffs Treats but I don’t recommend the cookie pie! It’s was raw in the middle for a moment I thought I was eating Crumbl nasty cookies. I’ll stick to ordering cookies.

So we got the Dubai chocolate, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, oatmeal rasin, oatmeal chocolate chip, a chocolate brownie and a salted caramel blondie. All. Of. Them. are good! They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! A dozen of these would make a great present for anyone who is a fan of cookies/sweets! Thanks Tiff 😊

Best cookies in town! I've tried Insomnia and Cookie Crumble. But neither of them beat Tiff's Treats Cookies!

Picked up an order to help out a friend and her business. The lady behind the counter was extremely polite, welcoming, and friendly. I wish they made a candle that smelled like the store. Parking was easy, and the transaction was quick. Thanks!

I love Tiffs Treats. Don’t order too often and am new to the app. I noticed the $10/dozen pick up and went to the shop. There was one employee present. She came to the front, no “welcome,” no smile, and I told her I would like to use the offer. She stared at me. I said “through the app.” She said “yeah” and stared at me. I thought I could pick from the case. My misunderstanding. I asked if I needed to order first through the app. She said “yes” and apparently walked off to the back because when I looked up from the app to ask a question about the wait, she was gone. Poor customer service. Needless to say, I did not make a purchase today.

I love their cookies and brownies and want to enjoy them before we move out of Dallas area into another state. I ordered cookies through Uber app and have it delivered to my house. A dozen oatmeal raisin cookies and a dozen chocolate chip cookies for over $30 bucks. When I received them, I only received 6 oatmeal cookies and 6 chocolate chip cookies and that means only received one dozen cookies. What a rip off. Never ordering cookies again. Might as well go to Market Street or HEB for cookies. Good bye Texas and good bye Tiffs Treats for making an awful experience.
