Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!

I cam for treats but instead they rushed me out the door and told me to leave because they were closed. This was at 9pm today

The best location and awesome customer service. I came in when there were barely any cookies left but the young gentleman had some freshly baked ones in the back. I think he’s about to be the assistant manager of that location and he had everything running by himself flawlessly. Will be back!

I’ve always had great cookies from Tiff’s. When I ordered the s’mores cookies last week, they looked nothing like the advertisement, marshmallows weren’t melted at all. I commented a photo on Tiff’s facebook and they responded by giving me a free order of cookies to make it right. I just arrived to pick up the cookies and the employee was very rude stated they did nothing wrong when making the cookies last week. She pointed to the s’mores cookies in the display case, which showed melted marshmallows, so nothing like what I received last week. She was argumentative instead of being apologetic for the mistake from last week. She then made a comment that she personally made my cookies so now I’m not even comfortable eating these since I don’t know what the rude employee did to my cookies.

We wanted a sweet snack last night. Ordered 6 of the Chocolate Chip cookies and the Cookie Dough Truffle treats. Even though I ordered through Uber Eats, the store delivered them personally. Took a little longer to arrive but...worth the wait! The cookies were still warm with big pieces of pecan and gooey chocolate chips. Perfect for a late night sweet treat!

The cookies were amazing! However the 6 mini cupcakes for $10 were the size of a gumdrop! Definitely not worth it.

Just left this place. The employee was so rude. Walked in and asked if I could place an order. She said “MAYBE after I package all the orders.” I told her I only wanted a 3-4 cookies. She looked at me and said “well these are $100 order verses your $3.00 order.” Will 100% be taking my money elsewhere from now on where they appreciate my $3.00 order. Would give zero stars if I could.
