12/11/2025 @ 4:30pm- 5pm. We came in AFTER 3pm, and had a GREAT experience. Mercy was working behind the counter and the ladies in the kitchen were very sweet and kind. They immediately had someone at the register to take our order, Mercy repeated it back to make sure she had it correct. Our food came out promptly within 3 min. The young ladies were very sweet, even complimenting my daughter, telling her she had a really cool hair style. The food was delicious, the burger, wrap and chili hit the spot! Thank you so much for the great experience! We absolutel will come back to this location.

This place always just looks dirty. Some of the staff are friendly, and one manager there makes me feel like I'm not welcome every time I go to eat. They always cook my food fresh though, so I can't complain much.

It's very refreshing to be welcomed in courteous greeting for lunch as soon as we entered the clean mopped dining area. The front counter cashier friendly & helpful in menu options order taking & brought our purchased meal to our table when freshly made to serve. Restocked napkins, lids, straws & condiments. Bathrooms clean restocked hand soap & or sanitizer, toilet paper etc. This Location gave us quality products & service to keep us repeating loyalty patrons. Great staff!

Aida is amazing! She took my order today and I wasn’t entirely sure on what to eat; instead of staying silent or rushing me, she listed out the menu items and possible combinations which led me to the perfect order. She was very patient with and friendly, attentive, & helpful to everyone who walked in. Aside from that, I also noticed she is bilingual (spanish) which is a great help/confidence booster to anyone who may not speak English. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience thanks to Aida!

ELSA is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met! I usually roll around to Wendy’s at 11:30-11:45 pretty close to closing due to my work schedule and she takes such good care of me EVERY TIME!! I love her so much! She makes my night every time!

Upon my recent visit to this lovely establishment, I was agreeably astonished at the wonderful service. The fabled square patty along with its soft yet firm bun was of such flavor and succulence, for a fleeting moment, I was in heaven.

The behind the counter worker was so rude. We ordered about $70 of food to go and she wants to huff and puff and acted like we’re an inconvenience asking questions about menu items that are literally listed no where. Then we asked for a drink carrier and a bag to carry our food… it’s for 7 people of course we need help carrying all this stuff. The Coke Freestyle machine tastes awful, mixture is not right. Asked to try the new signature sauce and she tells me 50 cents, little does she know it will cost Wendy’s significantly more than 50 cents just to run my card. Don’t hire such crappy miserable people, they’re running customers away.

Gotten mayo on 2 burgers twice in a row when I specifically asked FOR NO MAYO burger wasn’t hot meat was like eating carpet but slightly better than eating drywall and service was slower than snail on lithium And the people that work there really could not care less what they are serving tastes like. I would rather eat the paper out of my shredder than eat here.
The service is slow as hell they need to be a little bit faster

Food is solid here, especially for a Wendy's. Depending on the day though it's hit or miss so whichever staff is rotating there is definitely a skill dif.
On some days the food is great! On others it's good! But not great...
Besides that, service is typically great but be wary of waiting. Probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite Wendy's of all time (and I've been to a few...)

Yaritza was very rude this morning (8/20/25) it’s 6:37am why do you have an attitude towards customers if you decided to work in customer service. As a part of your training I am sure you are taught to greet customers. Thank you and your welcome is simple common courtesy. We did enjoy the freshly prepared food. Aside of that I agree with the reviews of customers, hire better employees with manners!
