my order just arrived ... missing part of my order and missing 10 sauces as requested.your staff is non-english speaking basically and said the store is closed 10 min after my order arrived at my house at 7:45 pm today. no manager no resolution and no refund of my order due to zero sauces and stale temp and no nuggets.i called the store phone 31 times and they only answered twice and hung up on me. wtf?who are you to steal my money and send food that is stale and missing the basic sauces? i will email your corporate office for this is now the second time i paid $50+ per order and got screwed.ORDER NO: 682172161

Today I was told that I could no longer substitute my drink for a small frosty. This is the last time I will ever visit your location. You lost a customer and I'm pretty bummed about it.

I was told by Josh (New General Manager) that this has been in effect for two weeks. I last did it on Friday. Checked the app and you can still substitute on the app for this location. GM Josh said that they physically can't do it any longer in their pos systems...Oh Ok

I don't write reviews but in the 25+ years that I've been going to Wendy's, this was the worst meal I've ever gotten. The chicken sandwich must've been under the heat lamp for several days. Really wish I had eaten in to show them instead of the 20 min drive home and major disappointment. Hope these folks get better.

If you go there, do walk-in, don't do drive-through. If you do drive-through, your large fries will most likely get a large fries box but with small fries serving, and your large drinks will not fill to the top. This is the four time they have done that, and I have to ask please fill my cup to the top. But I forgot to check the fries before I drove off, and it was a small serving in a large fries box again. I'll never do driver-through with them again.

The board at the door clearly says the place is open, but the lights are out and they only had take-out. We asked them why it was closed and they said no one came so they closed it! We said we are here..6 of us. But they refused to open it. It was a matter of turning on the lights and unlocking the door! Speaks poorly about the chain..

I went to this location last Saturday and placed my order at 12:40 but didn't receive my food until 1:20. I watched two different people walk in with food in hand because their drive through order was wrong. I also watched two groups of Hispanic men come in and not receive any service after standing at the front ready to order for at least 15 minutes. It turns out that the person taking the orders didn't speak Spanish and therefore didn't want to help these guys. The stress level behind the counter was something you could feel and see. I don't fault the people at this location I fault the owner. He / She needs to hire more staff so they can not only help the customers but keep the store clean and well stocked. I feel bad for the staff that was there because they were just overwhelmed with orders and things that needed to be done. One of the staff was in her mid 60's and was having to use a knee brace just to get around. The other two staff members were young and possibly new and were struggling. Again to the owner please don't get angry with your staff just add to your team. There is a real good reason Chic-fil-a has such a large staff at all of their locations and its to make sure the customer is taken care of. Hopefully this helps and this location can turn things around.

This one was the worst Wendy's I've been too. I ate the food because i was hungry. Chicken nuggets...cold. Fries.....cold. Drink....ice cold. Never again. At least at that one.

This place is absolutely horrible and the employees are super lazy. Ordered a basic thing like nuggets and fries. I was told to wait in the to go line. After 10 minutes I walk in and they are like 'oh here's your order' like wtf are you doing. Plus when I get home they messed everything up and didn't include the nuggets that they said they had to cook. Tried to get a refund and said I have to come back. How bout you drive to my house and bring the rest of my order. This place is absolutely trash and the management is awful. One and I mean one ketchup packet was given for a large fries and that's it. Never going back again.
