Ma'am I know you hate your job, believe me I worked fast food it sucks, but you don't gotta take it out on the customer.
I know the customer deserves it sometimes, but all I was doing was asking for basic things (I didn't know you use the kiosk to order it was in the corner, she seemed so bothered that I asked her at all, and then I messed up my order on the kiosk by pressing the wrong button) and she acted so annoyed doing the bare minimum requirements of her job. I wasn't even acting rude, just asked basic stuff calmly. I felt attacked the moment I walked in for not immediately knowing what to do despite never being in a Wendys like this.
Ma'am you don't understand, my bar was so low walking in and you just had to go and convey to me that even that's too high. LMAO đđđ

If yâall are promoting a deal then honor it $1 biscuits but was charged 1.99 for one and 3.99 for another cool but cold?! Then I ordered a âsignatureââcold brew. Itâs just milk and ice whereâs the coffee?! Yall TRY and attract customers with these deals that one yall donât even apply and yet still FAIL. No wonders yall are always slow

I visited on 10th of september at night to take the food from drive tru i just said hello for 3 times cause i thought she is not hearing she behaved very rudely with me and start teaching me how to behave in drive tru. As I am working for door dash I didnt said anything. If i would tell her one word she might me hit me with the glass. cause. But this kind of customer service is not someone can tolerate. If she doeant like the pay or work this kind of person should go and get another job.I give wendyâs customer service 0

Self service with a side of attitude
Great Quick lunch.
Hands down the worst drive-thru experience Iâve ever had. I came through for a quick meal, and instead I got a front-row seat to chaos. Laura, the so-called manager, was running things â and it showed. She was rude over the speaker, rushed my order, then gave me attitude at the window like I was the problem.
No greeting, no thank you, not even eye contact â just pure attitude. She shoved the bag at me without a word, and of course, the order was wrong. When I pointed it out, she acted annoyed, like fixing their mistake was a favor to me.
This wasnât just bad service â it was disrespectful. If Laura is what Wendyâs considers management material, it explains why the line was slow, the staff looked miserable, and the food came out cold. Do yourself a favor: skip this location or at least pray Laura isnât working the drive-thru.
Horrible service for the mobile order pickup.
Kid taking my drive thru order was very friendly! However the mananger handed me my food quickly and didnât say a word or even look at me. Good food though.

Actually cooler outside than inside. Feel like I'm at the line cooking. Staff is always aloof. App is worst. They called all other orders but I waited for a while, finally asked they were like surprised why I was asking then they finally found order in back. If I didn't make effort to DINE-IN and on receipt. Not that I'm impatient but just don't want fry and sandwich to sit and get soggy.
Hard to order, deals always are hard to redeem or are disqualified. Takes too long to get order placed or completed for quick in & out.
Every store location is same, New Orleans store locations are the worst. Few of them in NOLA tried to shake down for extras.

The workers have a really bad attitude. They said I donât know how to read the menu board when the price was wrong. The guys name is Wilbert. I called the manager and she was really nice and explained how the pricing works but giving it one star because the guy taking the order needs a dose of reality and how to talk to people. Donât get into customer service if you have no patience to answer questions
