The workers have a really bad attitude. They said I don’t know how to read the menu board when the price was wrong. The guys name is Wilbert. I called the manager and she was really nice and explained how the pricing works but giving it one star because the guy taking the order needs a dose of reality and how to talk to people. Don’t get into customer service if you have no patience to answer questions

I ordered it, fries were mediocre but not bad, burger was missing 1 of the 2 patties despite being a $10 burger. Absolutely insane. Nuggets are gross and worse than competitors.
Do not come here unless you want a frosty.

I specially asked for HOT FRESH food after I placed my order on the kiosk. The black light skin girl with the eyelashes told me OK I said thank you and she STILL GAVE ME luke warm food that was already sitting there!! My fries are stale /lifelss and my nuggets are soggy. Thanks for listening to your customer!!

If 0 stars was an option, I would have clicked it. Customer service is the worst I have seen at any fast food restaurant. Their employees were not prepared to do their job . It took them 5 minutes to even say hello at the drive thru. Staff was extremely rude. Had very bad attitudes when I asked for anything. I had to re say my order to them 5 times, and they still did not get it right. When I asked for them to fix it they snatched the bag out of my hand, and still got the order wrong. Needless to say DO NOT go to this Wendy’s . A regrettable decision indeed.
