I have been to this location many times. This is one of the few fast food locations specifically Wendy's, that when I order online and pull up to the window, I dont have to check on my order at all. The staff is always super friendly and the management here is amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Made the frostys that we got half full, with none of the usual toppings... and frostys are already small as it is.. so purchased two mediums and neither one was even filled all of the way.. very disappointed.

One time I went there during black Friday to get some food I saw a employee dropping frozen chicken tenders into fryer and not wearing any gloves, I've work at a fast food place for over a year and was always told to wear gloves when touching food ,hopefully the manager of the manager of the place will do something about it

worse service. I made a purchase using a gift card and had to pay the remaining balance. They were able to help me so they canceled my order and told me to redo it. My gift card never got refunded. Reached out to customer service and keep going back and forth. They are not giving me my money back but instead giving me a $5 back as a coupon. So basically took my money which was more than $5 that they are giving me back. I am so confused. Isn't that robbery?

There is literally no service counter and they will refuse to take your order if you ask. You have to pay through nasty dirty kiosks or via their phone app. The dining room is also super small and dirty. It might as well be a drive-through only location. No thanks.

We were in a hurry and didn't check our order at the window.
One of the 5 drinks was totally the wrong thing and we were missing the chicken nuggets from the kids biggie bags. We were surprised since normally biggie bags are put into separate bags
Sadly we didn't have time to go back and didn't ask for a receipt so we couldn't even call.

Ma'am I know you hate your job, believe me I worked fast food it sucks, but you don't gotta take it out on the customer.

I know the customer deserves it sometimes, but all I was doing was asking for basic things (I didn't know you use the kiosk to order it was in the corner, she seemed so bothered that I asked her at all, and then I messed up my order on the kiosk by pressing the wrong button) and she acted so annoyed doing the bare minimum requirements of her job. I wasn't even acting rude, just asked basic stuff calmly. I felt attacked the moment I walked in for not immediately knowing what to do despite never being in a Wendys like this.

Ma'am you don't understand, my bar was so low walking in and you just had to go and convey to me that even that's too high. LMAO 💀💀💀

If y’all are promoting a deal then honor it $1 biscuits but was charged 1.99 for one and 3.99 for another cool but cold?! Then I ordered a “signature”’cold brew. It’s just milk and ice where’s the coffee?! Yall TRY and attract customers with these deals that one yall don’t even apply and yet still FAIL. No wonders yall are always slow

I visited on 10th of september at night to take the food from drive tru i just said hello for 3 times cause i thought she is not hearing she behaved very rudely with me and start teaching me how to behave in drive tru. As I am working for door dash I didnt said anything. If i would tell her one word she might me hit me with the glass. cause. But this kind of customer service is not someone can tolerate. If she doeant like the pay or work this kind of person should go and get another job.I give wendy’s customer service 0
