Stopped by this Wetzel’s location today while shopping to grab a quick bite. I ordered the Pizza Bites with Marinara Sauce and my kid ordered the Cheesy Dog Bites with Cheese Sauce The Cheesy Dog Bites were pretty good but the Pizza Bites were horrible. They were over cooked, dry and the bottom was hard. I returned them to the store and chose another item with no issues. I appreciated the apology and great customer service! The prices have increased quite a bit. Paid $19.98 for 2 cups of pretzels with sauce, no drinks.

My card was declined but they are so kind to let me get my order for my son. They don’t have the reason to trust me and it will be understandable if they will not give me the food but they still did. I promised to get back with another credit card and they said I don’t have to. I did get back after few minutes but they are just really kind people. I love this shop and the workers! But please don’t do that on purpose! 🥹

My husband went to this location today at 2pm on a Tuesday, sign on the door says closed till further notice. There was an employee inside so who knows why it was closed. We had also tried a previous time on a weekend as well and they had no pretzels ready. Will not be returning.

Hours on google and on wetzle pretzel website states that they are open until 9pm on Friday & Saturday. I placed an order for pick up and arrived at 8:20pm and the door was locked, but my order went through and my card was charged before 8pm. I called the store and suddenly 3 employees came from the back and were inside..strange. They said “they did not see my order come through/didn’t receive it.” I come here all the time during the day. Manager was no help, he said call back at 9am tomorrow and he’ll see if he “can find my order.” So my $15 just went to waste. Honestly won’t return, I ended up driving to Auntie Annie’s.

Very thick and dry. Little to no taste. Too much dough. Very bad, me and my daughter only ate one bite each and put it down. Do not recommend.
