Everything is dirty. They kept looking at us from the back but didn’t come out. My sandwich, Philly cheese steak, was cold and they used the wrong cheese. Instead of cheese whiz they used American even though the order showed the right cheese. Just don’t go here.

When we walked in we noticed how hot it was. It felt like the air conditioning was off. The drink machine was inop. The water and few drinks that were offered were in a warm cooler. We ordered two sandwiches. I was leery eating the food. I questioned the people working there and the power went out last night. We trashed the sandwiches and left. We will NOT eat here again!

First off, I like whichwich. I've had it many times at OTHER locations.

This was the worst sandwich I've ever had. Meat was awful quality and cut, forgot ingredients, bread wasn't cooked properly. Please do not waste your money on this.

I decided to give this place another try after not coming here for a couple years. The shop was very dirty and unorganized. Understaffed as well. I got home to my sandwich being very messily made. I had literally one slice of turkey on my sandwich and soggy bread. My service also took forever when it wasn’t that busy due to only 2 people working the whole place. I will definitely never come here again.

Was the only person in line and it took the cashier 10 minutes to enter in my order, followed by another 15 to have it made. By far the slowest service I have experienced. Don’t go unless you have built in an extra 20 minutes into your lunch.

Ordered a Rubin sandwich and a French Dip received 2 Bad Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches (I think).Drink station not stockedwith drinks, or lids for them.
I was told they just recently reopened,but why if you are not sticked with supplies,and no staff. 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches and all in trashed as they did not taste right.

Also why is the website stating you are still closed temporarily?
Are you not supposed to be open?

This place has gone downhill. Slow service >20mins, dirty bathrooms and low on stock. Wont be long before they are OOB. Longtime customer not coming back.

I ordered my food and it was an long wait and they don’t have enough employees to serve the costumers,not an good experience

So dirty, nothing stocked, soda machine is broken, absolutely a disaster dirty windows and dust on the ceiling and then now one single table was clean. The ice cream bins were halfway empty just gross gross gross gross even the little gumball machine was empty. How sad.missing chairs

This location is really run down and not very clean. Really nice staff, but overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t ever stay to eat there.

This store is really just awful. Don’t bother ordering online either, you’ll get whatever slop they decide to throw together at the last second and hope you won’t notice. And definitely DO NOT tip these incompetent lazy staff. We ordered online, arrived maybe 10 mins after email said our order would be ready and still had to wait another 10 mins for them to get our items, which were not hot and missing ingredients. Avoid this store, there are better Wiches around DFW, so whoever manages this franchise hires total nitwits. ?????? We’d rather go to Subway!

The customer service is absolutely awful. Ordered on the app to wait OVER an hour just for our subs to be wrong and cold. Ask the guy if they even got our order (after we checked in and them our names and waited) for them to turn around and it was ready for over 20 mins. Cold as ice and the manager Luke wouldn’t give us any type of refund or compensation. There are about 2/3 other families in here with the exact same issue. They have waited over 40 plus minutes with their subs being completely incorrect. The women who is working tonight 9/3 is the only one who was trying to help. Completely disrespectful with the way the manager handled this. Had to talk to him through the employees phone since he kept telling him no on any type of refund. Take this off your menu if you aren’t going to comply.Edit *** the remake LITERALLY only has two pepperonis on it .. no sauce. How fk disappointing.
