I ordered Wing Snob for maybe the 2nd or 3rd time. I will say if you have their app they offer some good specials every week.
I would say their wings are good sized and meaty, and cooked nice and crisp
Fries- I just had plain with salt and pepper. Decent sized and very crispy, which I prefer to those soggy ones you get at Cane’s and others.
Apple Chipotle Dry Rub - I prefer dry rubs typically, the menu said these were somewhat spicy (🔥🔥) but I was a little disappointed with how mild they were.
Buffalo Parmesan- a nice surprise, very good flavor…I’d order them again.
I’ll surely order Wing Snob again, the only negative was they didn’t offer any free dipping sauces, I love blue cheese, when you check out online.

I had been a long time customer of the 'other' wing shop; however, they removed the additional options for your wing order (i.e. fried hard, all drums, etc.), so I tried Wing Snob. What I received were wings presented (not dumped) in their container, with each wing well seasoned (rather than some with a lot of seasoning and some with very little seasoning), made exactly the way I wanted them. Being a long time customer of the 'other' wing shop, I didn't know any shop took the time to ensure each wing was well seasoned...now I know and there's no going back!
Not to mention, the wings tasted delicious. I am 100% Team Wing Snob!

I have come here several times over the past couple years and in the beginning it was phenomenal and one of my favorite wing places but the food quality has been declining but not as fast as the service

I went for lunch today and was faced with a line 8-10 deep all having ordered online and while I was quoted 15 minutes, 30 minutes went by and I didn’t see a single person get their order in that time frame. Multiple customers ended up asking to have their orders canceled and I was one. This will be my last trip.

If this was a one off then I could forgive it but this has been a consistent problem for months of slow service, poor food, and staff that looks entirely lost. Very disappointing

I used to work here years ago so I decided to stop by years later! Walked in with a friend and the first thing we noticed was that it smelled really old and musty inside. No one greeted us at all, which was crazy, and staff only came out when we were already walking out the door. On top of that, the digital menus were broken and only one screen was even turned on. Do better. We wont be back!

Not bad, the wings are decent enough and the mac-n-cheese was good. The blue cheese and ranch dipping sauces could be better, though - really thin and runny and very salty.

Ignore the marketing. These wings are about a snobby as Walmart. After entering it took 2 to 3 minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. The cashier struggled, possibly because this business relies so much on doordash and GrubHub. They even got my name wrong. How hard is it to get a one syllable name like Bob wrong? I was told 20 minutes, it took longer. As a former line cook how hard it is it to pop x amount of wings into a fryer for 8 minutes, then toss them in their respective spice bowls? The cooking time should be even less than frozen has their marketing bills. The meat quality was fine, better than that of Wingstop or Buffalo wild wings. However they seemed overcooked. As for the flavors, well... Even Buffalo wild wings' sauces taste better. Honestly, folks, you do better to get wings from the grocery store along with a bottle of Sweet baby Ray's and do them yourself in an air fryer. The only thing snobbish about this franchise is the name. Whoever the manager of this TurnKey operation is, needs to spend a lot of time micromanaging it. Compared to similar operations there isn't good value in this franchises product. You're paying for a marketing campaign and the owner's Mcmansion in Frisco.

This business would be more aptly named Wing Slob.

For the money you would pay for these wings you might as well be dining at the Texas State Fair.

They were extremely busy but we still received our food pretty quick. Staff was very friendly and patient. We had a large order.

This place has new “ownership”. The original owner has sold. last time I went it wasn’t good and food tasted weird. No thank you. I don’t recommend.

Came here for the first time and honestly was pretty good. I did the 20 for $20 deal and got garlic parmesan, teriyaki, mango habanero, and hot honey bbq. Flavors were good and their dipping sauce was nice too. I also got their regular sized onion rings—they were alright. I’d come here again
