Waited for 30 minutes on my food after ordering and while I’m waiting on my food the manager walks up makes his own food and comes out to sit in the dinning area to eat. Like hey bro, how about you help your customers instead of snacking first. Also, I was the only person in the store.

I ordered online on the app it says they deliver so I thought it was their employees come to find out it was Uber eats and someone stole my order I never got it. took them a whole week to refund me $18 when I spend $38 they shorted me $20 I guess they like to rob people so disappointed horrible service

i ordered a meal with bone in wings. The food was good and served hot. But to my surprise I had additional charges on my check for ordering all flats, additional charge for flavouring on fries and charge for one dipping sauce. I was surprised because the order taker didn't tell me upfront when he asked me if I wanted flavouring on fries and if I wanted a dipping sauce. Just so that you know at Wing Stop there are no additional charges for these extras and they have lower meal prices.

The restaurant was very clean. Lots of tv's and good music playing. The service was fast and super friendly. You can tell the people working really care. The Buffalo lemon pepper wings are fantastic and the Cajun ranch fries are next level.

The food was fantastic, the service was phenomenal and the place was clean. I used to go to wing stop as my wing Togo place. I will plan all future wing cravings to Wing Snob. 100% better than wing stop, the sides are awesome too. No matter if you like just a standard traditional bone in or bone out and the spices are just as good. Try them all. (Snobs hot AF is for all super spice enthusiasts). ROCK ON SNOB!!! Chicken wings are cooked to order, crispy, clean in the middle, and they had no problems fullfuling our request for extra crispy. Mateo made our first time welcomed with great knowledge of everything on the menu. Lots of variety in sauces. We sat and ate, Mateo cleaned after each guest left with High energy and a great attitude. We will be back.
This has always been my favorite place. We always get the same thing everytime we've come and it's gone up $9 . When I questioned it the lady dismissed me telling me price of chicken has gone up...I live 1.2 miles from the place and when I got home the chicken was cold. My fries were cold and hardly any fries. I was there in less than 10 minutes so I don't understand. The blond lady isn't a good look for your place. As of prior to today's experience we've loved everyone. I'm really upset because I have always loved this place , we came weekly sometimes.

First of all, the food was incredible. Let’s get that out the way. Second of all, the man working at the counter (who must have been the manager) was great and his suggestions on food items were the items we chose to get. He had to be the manager because he gave off “ownership” energy and his customer service was next level. It was our first time and that’s exactly the kind of experience that earns these reviews and makes people like us come back.

Food is awesome but today 2/12 came in for lunch ordered it online showed up and no place to sit and eat...all there to go boxes were spread out across the tables which could of easily been re stacked and free up half the tables...on top of that i ordered a drink and a water and was charged for the water.....when we got home there was no ranch in the bag...very disappointed

In addition, they didn't even have a consistent process to get orders, and went between numbers in a crazy order. If I don't get a refund for the terrible service I will never come back
