i’m always having a bad experience at this location. the employees here always seem so unsatisfied, like it’s a burden just to walk in. but on september 25th i was actually surprised because i finally experienced some good customer service. i called ahead and asked a lady if i could just order 5 wings instead of the usual 10 or 15. she asked the manager, they said yes, i came in, paid $7.77, got my wings with ranch, and left very happy. today (sept 28th around 2pm) i went in to do the same thing. no greeting, the guy at the counter told me he couldn’t do it. i told him i had just done it a few days ago, even showed him the transaction, and he kept saying “we can’t do it, it’s not right.” he said he was the manager, but instead of helping he kept repeating why it wasn’t possible. i asked him to call or text someone who worked on the 25th, and he just asked me “who was it, who was it?” like i’m supposed to know his employees’ names. i told him it was on the 25th, around 5pm, that should be enough. eventually after texting someone he admitted it was possible, but then gave me attitude and explained the whole process i didn’t need to hear. i just wanted my wings...that's all... if you are reading this - quit if you’re not willing to deal with customers. it is literally in your job description.

Ok, seriously. Does this wingstop have a salt mine in their backyard? Are they sponsored by big salt? Are they single handedly trying to give blood pressure issues to anyone who eats there? The levels of salt in ALL of the 4 flavors I ordered today was so high that I could feel the sea breeze in my hair while eating it... I got a 20 boneless piece deal, got 4 flavors - Mango Habanero, Hot Honey Rub, Lemon and Garlic Parm. 5 each of each of the flavors. And holy moly did they add salt to ALL of the flavors... First time trying this particular location, but hands down NEVER AGAIN. IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET FOOD THERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. MAYBE GET THIS FOR YOUR ENEMY AND WATCH THEM DIE EARLY I GUESS 🤣
