I Got Two 10 Pc Combo’s, One Was Suppose To Have Voodoo Fries But Instead They Were Regular Fries With Another Seasoning On Them, No Cheese Or Anything That Indicate That They Were Suppose To Be Voodoo Fries, Not Only That, THEY WERE SOGGY. My Chicken Didn’t Even Have Lemon Pepper On Them, Almost As If The Wings Were Naked. I Spent $30-$40 So I Called In And Asked For A Replacement, Spoke With “Hernandez” And He Told Me He Only Could Replace It With One 6Pc Combo, I ORDERED TWO 10 Pc Combo’s, Thats A Huge Price Difference So I Asked For A Refund, He Refused To Refund My Money, Trying To Tell Me I Ate The Wings When I Did Not, THE WHOLE MEAL WAS TRASH AND HORRIBLE. I Usually Don’t Complain But Y’all Are TOOOOOO Darn Pricey To Be Making These Type Of Mistakes And Not Wanting To Replace What I Paid For. Hernandez Literally Argued With Me The Whole Entire Time, I Asked For The Store/District Manager Number And He Refused To Give It To Me. THEY WON’T EVER Get Another Dollar Out Of Me And Again I Always Order Here But NEVER AGAIN, I’ll Rather Go To Lucas Where I Know My Food Gets Made Right. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I just ordered a wing from this location through wing stop app and i got a text that says "Your Dasher, has confirmed that the order was handed to you". my food was never delivered to me. I call them and they say there is nothing they can do I need to call talk to door dash or re-order. Nevere again going to order from wing stop.

We have ordered here a few times before when the location near our house is too busy. Food is typically okay. Tonight, we ordered pickup. Got home and realized that the wings were each the size of a quarter. Tried to call the store to talk to somebody. Even offered to send a photo. They told us that we could either bring the food back for a refund, or they could “give us half”. We didn’t want a refund, we just wanted our order to be correct, so we asked for clarification about what “give us half” meant. The girl on the line just repeated herself. I asked if that meant half of a refund, or maybe remaking half of the food or whatever, but she just said again that she could give us half. We were not given the chance to speak to a manager when we asked. We have a combined 34 years of food service experience in the household. What an awful display of customer service.
