This is such a cute, fun shop. I got a green tea with strawberry syrup and peach popping bubbles, absolutely delicious!!! The gentleman working was so kind and friendly. Very relaxing place, great service, tastes fantastic.

I agree with the comment about how With Milk isn't the same without the old management. I went in today and was pretty disappointed to see the old drinks were no longer available. The new menu is just like any other coffee shop and even then it wasn't even good. I ordered a chai latte with espresso. Most likely won't be back.

Great atmosphere! Love the way they repurposed the yogurt place. Drinks were on the sweeter side. Not really my jam but I’d come back again and let them know to 1/2 sweeten mine.
Under new management and changed menu. It's no longer the with milk I knew and loved. No island, melting gray, or morning lattes. And they were the reason for going. Got a latte to try out the menu and it didn't have any espresso in it... maybe I understood wrong but I thought lattes come with espresso so I didn't think I needed to specify that.

Had a rough day after work. Grabbed food at Shiwase and decided to stop by and grab something sweet to drink. Well...ended up grabbing five as we found out that they are under new management and tried more offerings. Customer service was warm and welcoming. Warm cozy interior and even better they have a nice little outdoor patio seating area. To our surprise, we were not disappointed! Took less than 10min to get our drinks. We ordered Green apple slush, vanilla bean frap, peach green tea, caramel machiatto, taro frap. Sweet drinks hit the spot! We'll be back to try more offerings!
