I’m on the fence with this place. The ordering process was easy. The food came fast. However, for my meal I paid $21. I thought my portion of fries was small. My burger was delicious let’s start there. However, because of the grease or oil my bun was soggy after a minute or so. So I ended up, taking the soggy part off. Then I had no bun left. I ended up taking the meat out (which was good) and picking it up and eating it with my fries. The drinks were flat. We tried them all. So yeah, at the moment I can see people trying it and probably not returning because of the short comings not matching the price.

I order Wulf burger last Friday. I tried to order it online and when I put my card info in it said it was declined and to try a different card. As I tried to put in another car I got two notifications from my phone that my Amex was charged twice from Wulf. I didn’t think order even went thru. I never got an email confirming my order so I just grabbed the kids and headed up there. I live down the street and I walked in and. My order was already ready even tho it was never confirmed. I explained what happened and they had the order on one machine but not another. They made my kids burgers wrong and I asked that I get a refund on the second charge and my burgers be remade. I kid you not this took forever bc the worker had to call the manager and all that. By the time we got the correct kids burgers the adult burgers were mushy. I still haven’t received the refund and there is no number to call the store so I will be going up there again. Also they asked for the messed up kids burgers back…. Like what that’s gross. Not a good experience at all

12 bucks for a burger? 4 bucks for French fries that came straight out of a Frozen bag?$3 for a bottle of water? The burgers look no bigger than the junior size burger at Whataburger, and while I'm sure they're very tasty, the prices keep me away. I don't understand this compulsion to overinflate the cost of food that everybody is doing. If you price your product at a sensible and reasonable level, you will have more business, thus more profit, and people will come back. Food for thought.

Everything was excellent but almost 12-13 dollars for just a tiny burger is not worth it. More like a slider, and reinforced the idea that Whataburger will always reign supreme. The taste and toppings for the special are amazing just not sure it is worth the price. Had one guy working in the store and still brought food and quick and fresh, clean interiors table and chairs.
Elsy’s service was really good she is helpful and very respectful she does super good at her job and she deserves a raise or a promotion because she is super good at what she does.

Burger was good, fries tasted like onion rings..they need to change the oil, no ketchup out for customers, no pepper, plenty of salt...but 25.00 is out of hand....14 bucks tops for what I got...not sure I'll return....
