What are your hours??? People are complaining that you’re closing earlier than what it states online. And on top of that, your opening hours are confusing. When do you open? It says noon everyday and 11:30 am on Sundays. However, you were closed when I came at 12:30 pm on Sunday. That’s over an hour after open time. Take your business seriously or you will lose customers.

Establishment is unsanitary. Ceiling Vents are covered in black thick dirt, floors, doors and windows are filthy, more than half of machines were broke and dirty. Toppings uncovered with flies hovering. I doubt this place can pass a health inspection. The young lady at the register was great and running back and forth. .Plus she was managing the establishment all alone. Plz get it together

Came with my friend and her kids, the second my friend walked in the worker at the time ( she refused to share her name knowing she’s in the wrong she was workinh Monday at 1:30 pm) was very rude to her. Kids get excited for ice cream it’s normal!! The worker rudely told her to hold her kids… she was obviously letting them choose their flavors, from the distraction her kid got a spicy flavor on accident. We asked to get him another one, she said we have to pay for it ( which is fine) the child was sitting waiting ( as requested by the worker) and the mom went to let him try the flavor. The working ran and started aggressively yelling YOU NEED TO PAY YOU NEED TO PAY. And she told her i am he just wants to make sure he likes it. It was so embarrassing and everyone was looking. we are never coming back! Mind you 50% of the machines were melted and some not working… this is not how you run a business..

Flavors were good and toppings were fresh. Price was a little high but getting solid taste out of it.
Good stuff. Get a graveyard and tell them you’re doing the “Wyatt challenge”. They’ll know what it means.

Google lists their Saturday hours until 11 PM, but when we arrived at 10:20 PM, they were already closed. It would’ve been helpful if the hours were updated to avoid an unnecessary trip. Disappointing experience.

this place dosent even deserve a star. I came here with my friend after getting dinner for a sweat treat then we see a baby cockroach in one of the machines. it was very disgusting and the trap didn’t looked clean.
