Racist service. She asked a white lady who came after me to come first. Also, she ignored me when I said I wanted popping boba and gave a watery boba milk tea. I also saw another young girl complaining that this is not what she ordered. Poor drink and poor customer service.

Horrible service and drinks. The boba was dry , sticky and hard to chew. When asked the staff was very rude and asked me to use a spoon to break the cluster of boba and chew. Very bad service.

bad service, I ordered a coffee drink and they measured a hot cappuccino, the lady in charge told me but she didn't want to help me and she also told me to sign for it one more time. She embarrassed me in front of people and I told her that I would pay the difference for the other drink but she wouldn't let me. wanted to give anything

The drinks were fine but the service was absolutely terrible! The guy clearly hates his job and it shows in his service. There was zero greeting. When thanked no words spoken. He was talking and texting on his phone the entire time. Honestly an atrocious example of customer service. I would not go back simply because of the service.

It’s just a regular fro-yo spot. Don’t get the drinks. The drinks are white-washed garbage that is 2 times the price it should be.
