Customer service is Terrible and apart from that they take a long time to serve you at the window, they ignore you while you are waiting without saying anything to the customer until the order comes out, they open the window to collect just very bad, the other way around there we have to order through the window and we leave if we are ignored to see if this improves their customer service

They NEVER give you salsas. The birria tasted nasty. Nothing like birria. I've gone 4 times 5times today in hopes the food will taste good & I always get the same bland food. You ask the lady what it comes with she lists everything & gives you whatever she want. I've finally learned my lesson & will never be going there again! & the food is way overpriced for the amount given.

I would like to give it less but the service is not bad, I had time not to go because the food tasted rotten and today when I returned I waited more than 30 minutes, they did not take my order and they did not even tell me to wait or anything and the cashier He talks and talks, that's what they pay him for... ?

Ordered 2 orders of the tostadas, waited 25min in drive through lady said they had call in orders that they have to fulfill before they can work on drive thru orders.. i just drove off since waiting any longer would have made me late from my lunch break.
Went through the drive thru and ordered Panchos and bistek tacos. The Panchos had very little cheese on them. The bean cups were only filled half ways on the to go order. Tacos were good.

i order a dish that had chicken in it and the chicken was bad, it tasted little like chicken and more like it was mixed eith tuna. Other than the chicken the food was great, good mexican place but horrobile chicken place.
