I honestly can’t believe how bad my experience was here. From the moment we walked in, the staff looked annoyed and uninterested. We stood at the door for several minutes before anyone even greeted us, and when they finally did, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Our server was rude, impatient, and seemed like they couldn’t care less about giving good service.
The food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold, bland, and definitely not fresh. I tried to politely mention it, but the server just shrugged and walked away. What really upset me was how little anyone seemed to care — no apology, no effort to fix it, nothing. The whole place felt unorganized and dirty, which made it even worse.
I left feeling frustrated and completely let down. I work hard for my money, and to spend it somewhere that treats customers like they don’t matter is just disappointing. I’ll never come back here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is what they gave me with the birria tacos. All the lady said was okay I’ll let the cook know. First time trying their birria tacos. If it doesn’t look right don’t serve it. If you won’t eat don’t expect others to. Very disappointed

It was 9:30pm when i arrived and they turn off the open sign and told me it was closed when they close at 10

I only asked for a menu to see what they were selling since in the drive thru I couldn't see anything and the lady with attitude denied me a menu because there is the one outside which I had already asked for one before and they gave it to me
If you don't like to work Better stay bitter at home
Customer service is Terrible and apart from that they take a long time to serve you at the window, they ignore you while you are waiting without saying anything to the customer until the order comes out, they open the window to collect just very bad, the other way around there we have to order through the window and we leave if we are ignored to see if this improves their customer service

They NEVER give you salsas. The birria tasted nasty. Nothing like birria. I've gone 4 times 5times today in hopes the food will taste good & I always get the same bland food. You ask the lady what it comes with she lists everything & gives you whatever she want. I've finally learned my lesson & will never be going there again! & the food is way overpriced for the amount given.

I would like to give it less but the service is not bad, I had time not to go because the food tasted rotten and today when I returned I waited more than 30 minutes, they did not take my order and they did not even tell me to wait or anything and the cashier He talks and talks, that's what they pay him for... ?
