I’ve been a frequent customer at this location, and usually the service is great. However, during my recent visit, I experienced very poor service from one employee. We ordered a 6-piece chicken tender meal with spicy chicken, but the employee gave us 2 chicken legs instead and insisted that spicy chicken wasn’t available, even though it clearly is. Additionally, he forgot to include gravy and was very rude when we asked for spicy packets. He rolled his eyes multiple times and treated us disrespectfully at the counter.
I hope management addresses this issue, as it was disappointing compared to the excellent service we usually receive.

Dryest roasted chicken ever not to mention salty but that is really a personal preference but the chicken was very dry.
Something is wrong with your wings, it smelled and tasted fishy and was rubbery full of tendons

Every time we've gone through the drive through our orders always come out wrong. Sometimes we're missing sides, entire meals, drinks are wrong, etc. Today, they got both meals wrong. I ordered a 4pc with mac, and my brother ordered a 6pc (his being spicy) with fries. They gave him the 4pc (spicy) with mac and gave me a 6pc (regular) with fries. Hello??? How does this happen everytime? I think ive only ever gotten 5 correct orders in the many years my family and I have been ordering there. It's good food, so we keep going back, but please please focus on getting orders correct!! I understand the confusion as I also work in food service, but everytime is a bit ridiculous.
