I stopped by here today for the 1st time. 5/22. 1st, the staff were all very friendly and courteous. 2nd, the restaurant itself is very nice and clean. 3rd, the food was good. The coleslaw was amazing. The apple pies were delicious 😋 and of course, the chicken was good. I ordered the original, and my wife ordered the crispy. We both liked what we ordered. We will definitely be by here again when in the area.

Food was.good service bad to busy on the phone never thank you or smiled when asked for sauce since it was first time trying the tenders I was not sure she just pointed and said what do you WANT with additued I thank her she just walked away dinning area was filty instead of goofing off clean area and smile we don't need to.look a person with a a angry face I normally go to Edinburg Kentucky fried chicken there excellent service never had a ugly or angry face always a thank you and smiley face

Honestly very underrated, last time I got a chicken sandwich and it was faster and better than McDonald’s but maybe I was just hungry
I ordered online and the app specifically said it was gonna get ready at a certain time. Time was up and did drive through the drive-thru which they ask for my name. They told me to park in the curbside parking. I was waiting for my food and the attendant comes up to my vehicle and asks for my name which I did and the food she had in her hands was not mine. We waited for another 10 minutes and she still didn't bring my food. I asked her about my order and all she responded was let me talk to the manager. So I get off and asked if my food was ready and if it wasn't I wanted a refund. All she could say the manger is there. The manager ignored me for almost 5 minutes until I got acknowledged. She didn't want to refund my money and told me she never got my food because there was 7 cars in front of my order which my order was an online order. Basically, they forgot about my online order because everyone else was getting food except me. This location is very unprofessional, very rude, just ignore the customers. I will never go to this location and they need better management. This location needs to be closed.

We decided to stop by for an early dinner. We placed our order at 415pm. At 435pm, we still had not received our order, so I approached the cashier and asked for a refund. The cashier bluntly told me that "they don't do refunds!" I asked for the shift manager, and after some back and forth, I was given my refund. Bad Customer Service here! General Management needs to reevaluate the staff.
