We decided to stop by for an early dinner. We placed our order at 415pm. At 435pm, we still had not received our order, so I approached the cashier and asked for a refund. The cashier bluntly told me that "they don't do refunds!" I asked for the shift manager, and after some back and forth, I was given my refund. Bad Customer Service here! General Management needs to reevaluate the staff.

Their food quality has really gone up since they opened up. At first we avoided going due to missing items and food tasting mediocre. Food has really improved and tastes great! Chicken was juicy fresh and great! We no longer have to drive to mission to get good KFC.

If you do not like service with a smile or friendly faces, this is the place to come. Our container boxes were covered in mashed potato and the lids were not placed correctly. Truely a poor customer experience

I place my order with an apple turnover added and , the young lady at the window looked like she was having a bad day, got billed for the apple thing but didn’t get it nor was I asked if I wanted sauce for chicken strips…… this is not the first nor second time this kind of incident happened, I think it’s best that I just don’t ever go there again…

For 8-10$ I would expect to get full off of chicken strips, these were more like chicken nuggets. I had to make a side salad to make sure I didn't feel hungry 15 minutes later. Go to McDonald's or the golden chick next to this location, my boyfriend loves kfc but I think that it's this location that don't seem to care much about their customers. From the previous and recent reviews I would assume this establishment is just very lack luster and lazy.
