This place seriously needs a change, every time I go to this specific McDonalds my order is always wrong and there solution is “oh just come back and we’ll give you the order right” now I have to drive all the way back there just for that. Either management needs to make sure the employees are actually doing their job properly or they need a change of employees completely.

Every time I order from here past 6 something is guaranteed missing from my order. If I took a shot of alcohol every time they messed up an order of mine this year id be too drunk to drive here and get my order messed up again

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. The staff was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in, with zero sense of customer service. I was forced to wait a ridiculous 30 minutes just to get a single cone, and when I tried to ask about the delay, the shift manager’s attitude was beyond disrespectful. This location is a complete disaster—unprofessional staff, unacceptable wait times, and a manager who clearly doesn't care about customers. Avoid this place at all costs.
