Don’t bother trying to get the grinch limited items the managers/employees hide them in the stock room. So they can later buy them at a massive employee discount. McDonald’s is going downhill like Burger King. Bk is making a come back though hope to see more from BK

This place and the staff us really bad they will charge you and if they forget something they will tell you its on you the manager will get upset and blame it on you..they gave my kid pickles and jalapenos in his kids meal instead of nuggets.and no refund or credit.

Joana manager or smth like that.. yells at you infront of ur kids or who ever is around you she is disrespectfull when u tell her she forgot ur food they need to fire her.
Went through the drive through yesterday and the guy taking orders was super rude he had an attitude sir if you don’t like your job then why are you there 🤦♀️ don’t make it everyone’s problem just because you’re having a bad day. Overall terrible service and terrible customer service

This is probably the worst location I’ve been to, I asked for a frappe and they told me they don’t sell frappes after 11 even though I’ve never heard that at any McDonald’s. But anyways I ordered a 5 dollar meal and a caramel iced coffee and i specifically said I wanted 5 sugars to make it sweet. Fast forward almost half an hour later even though there was just me and 2 other cars and apart from them giving me my coffee still tasting strong and no visible sugar they forgot to give me my soda and the girl that gave it to me just left before I could ask her about my soda. Worst experience ever would not recommend this location until they fix all those issues.
