My transaction # is 1/A-97752 for the Manager in charge of this store The time I came to purchase my 2 foot long sandwiches was at 10:14 PM. The date is 4-6- 2025. Employee did not have his name tag so I could not identify him, but he was in a really bad mood. I did not feel comfortable ordering yet I still placed the order I feel like I was either being rushed or plane not welcome at the store. This is the second time I’ve come to the store. The first time was wonderful, but this second time that I came it was not good service at all. Employee was slamming things before I was finished with my order. He started bagging my stuff like wanting me to get out I did not appreciate that at all. I used to work for Subway and this is not the way you treat customers no matter how upset you are. You always greet them with a smile and ready to give them what they want for their order If I see this gentleman, next time I come, I’m not gonna go into the store. I’m just gonna go to another one

Ridiculous prices. Over $30 for two 6in combos. Called to check if my check was correct and they never answered. I had to go in to verify if my ticket was correct and the lady did not seem she was in a good mood in the way she was answering. Then I told her I was trying to call and she said they didn't have a phone. I told her why was there a phone number on Google then? She just said that they didn't have a phone. Her attitude was kinda like just deal with it. Never going back to any subway locations

$17 for a 6 inch subway that was 9.99 with no upgrades. $6 for chips and a drink! I don’t even spend this much at Firehouse and its way better!!

Second time this lady took my order and she seems to be in a bad mood. Gave us the ugliest responses when asked something and she took forever to come to the window. I asked if she could toast the subways her response was “Ayi dice toasted” told her it wasn’t an option at the ordering screen, that’s why I was asking. Gave me an ugly look and closed the window.

Placed my order on the touch screen drive thru as I finished placing my order drove to the window waited for 10 mins and nobody attended me I drove to the front and get off a lady said it was closed but She wasn’t in uniform.

Why not turn off the open sign or write a note on drive thru window

WE LIKE SUBWAYS A LOT AND HERE IN THIS PLACE THEY PREPARE THEM THE WAY I LIKE THEM AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

It lasted 40 minutes in the drive thru and they never attended to me (it should be noted that they had no customers in the place) I had to get off and the employee sat down completely embarrassed!!!

This is clearly a money laundering front. They're over inflating the price of their food to line their pockets with untaxable money. Two foot long sandwiches should not be $40 when every other location is $20 for two. The menu has false prices ie. False advertising. They do not accept coupons and only ever have one worker. Don't go here unless you want to contribute to a money laundering scheme.

Tried to order at drive thru the self order screen didn't work, when you press the button for help no response. Drive up to the window employee said oh well you can order inside. Very unprofessional. Won't come again to this one.

Worst costumer service!!! The men that was attending did not even welcome you, talks to you with an attitude, didn’t even seem he wanted to work. I’ve gone to other subways and never had that issue. This was today at 4 pm. Hopefully manger sees the review!!!
