The worker treated me poorly. And I was wondering what I was going to put on my sandwich.

Tried to order at drive thru the self order screen didn't work, when you press the button for help no response. Drive up to the window employee said oh well you can order inside. Very unprofessional. Won't come again to this one.

Worst costumer service!!! The men that was attending did not even welcome you, talks to you with an attitude, didn’t even seem he wanted to work. I’ve gone to other subways and never had that issue. This was today at 4 pm. Hopefully manger sees the review!!!

If you order pick up , double make sure u have everything. They won't have the cookies and won't even tell u when u pick up that you're missing something and realize until your home which is a huge inconvinience. Even if you order ahead of time, not even a call to let you know a certain item is not available. It's happen a handful of times.

Do not order through curbside as they won't care about you and make you wait 40 minutes to an hour to take your food to you. they prioritize people that go in the store. and there's only 1 worker at the place ever.

Food is good is taste like any other subway. The service is okay i feel like they’re understaff because there was only one sandwich maker @2pm. The issue is not the sandwich or the service is the price. This location has prices that are double the price of other locations. If you check the app other locations have the prices of chips for $1.65 and in this location the price of the chips is $3.25. My regular order of two meals and two soups costed me here $39 where in other locations it would cost me about 28-30. This location needs to be looked at as this seems ridiculous. Do not support the owner of this subway. Complete robbery. They do not even take any coupons.

Subway please don’t mail out coupons if you’re not going to accept them…Coupon clearly saids one coupon per transaction. The employees at this location clearly don’t understand that. If I am buying my food and my friend is buying hers there should be no reason why you should say you can only use one coupon because we walked in together. That is so ridiculous. You clearly don’t want business. I will take my business somewhere else..I will never go back to this location.

The Subway in Alton, Texas, offers terrible service and overcharges its customers. The person who prepared the four six-inch combos had no idea how to prepare them and took forever. One of the Italian BMT he prepared with only bacon. Found out when I got home. I patiently waited at the store, but then he overcharged me. He charged $7.99 for each of two Italian BMT sandwiches, $9.99 for a Supreme, and $6.99 for a Cold Cut Trio (more expensive than other Subways). Then, he charged a $6.00 "Fresh Value Meal" for each combo, which included a tiny bag of chips and a small drink. What's fresh about a fountain drink and chips? Excessive charge if you think about it. I paid $24.00 for four tiny bags of chips and four small fountain drinks. This is on top of the overpriced six-inch sandwiches. The grand total for six-inch combos was $61.66. You can eat better and cheaper else wear. Do not eat at the Alton, Texas, Subway.

I get coupons in the mail and I order ahead on the app. When I can I leave a tip, not always, but when I have extra cash to spare I do so accordingly. On the app you may use one coupon per order.I bought subway for the entire family which consisted of 4 sandwiches. I ordered 2 orders and each order had one coupon. When I arrived at the establishment the worker told me that when I order ahead of time on the app I may only use one coupon. That “this time” she made it but next time she doesn’t wish to do so. So I’m confused as I didn’t think I was overly indulging. I paid close to 26$ in total for 4 sandwiches w/ no drinks and no chips or sides. I’m beyond upset, I’m embarrassed because if people were around then that would’ve put me on the spot which I did not ask for. I told the lady okay without making a fuss but I fail to understand I that if the app lets you make more than 1 order and allows you to use a coupon per order and lets you tip the worker, then why am I getting pushback from the staff when the food was already paid?? She wasn’t mean, she told me what she had to reluctantly. But if I do what’s allowed of me to do and pay for so and show up am I expected to be in front of an argument or lack of food?? I work from home and take lunch breaks and pay for lunch for the entire family instead of just myself. If giving her a tip, would it have prevented this issue?? I don’t like issues, maybe I’ll just eat somewhere else .
