Ordered a pickup and when I got home I checked my oder. I payed $6 for 4 onion rings, and chicken sandwiches were burned. I called management and was told it would be refunded. It never happened!!! Terrible service!! I and my family will never return!!!

It's to go orders but great , way better then Red neck paradise in andrews , went in evening during happy hour , not one server acknowledged we were there , I had seen 5 servers walking around ,2 servers had tables , service is not good , they have always served us at lunch time but now in evenings I will not go , I don't k n ow if it's management or the servers are new....but they better get a grip on it

I ordered at 5:20 and the app said by 5:50 it would be ready and it was ready till 6:20 a whole hr and i would think that it would come out hot and fresh since i waited for so long but Nooo it wasnt hot or fresh i asked for the wings Crispy and they were not crispy i also asked for it to be Wet and Not That Either there was berly any sauce on them and the sauces taste nasty including the Ranch ! I ordered 40 wings traditional and some boneless a burger fries and fried pickles and the boneless are so small and skinny like chicken nuggets and they still forgot my fried pickles after all the 1HR wait and still forgot them I WOULD NOT GO BACK AND ORDER HERE AT ALL !!! The cooks need more Training and More Multitasking skills and Definitely More Dedication to there orders because of how they Promote them on Tv /Online its nothing compared of what you receive!!

Food was excellent staff was kind and they have tables for you to sit at while waiting on your food and they have a cooler where you get drinks but you have to pay extra how maybe they can improve is if the drinks come with the meal

Went in with my dad to grab my order. There was a wait time of like 45 minutes. But like mentioned there was only 3 employees working and seemed like there was a lot of orders coming in. The staff there was friendly and kind. I ordered some bone in wings and got 10 spicy garlic and an order of fries all I can say it was definitely worth the wait. The good was fresh and can't wait to come back. 10/10 with service and environment and food and staff.

Went in today to pick up my food. Took about 40 something minutes but they were pretty slammed when I walked in and there was only 3 employees working so i can understand the wait time. I ordered the All Amercian Burger and fried pickled and all I can say was my order was fresh and definitely worth the wait it's hard to come by that with fast food restaurants. Will definitely come back was very good I'll be getting the BBQ Burger next.

Pre warning people, the “boneless wings” are the size of chicken nuggets, some even smaller. We ordered 30, with 4 sauces. Website doesn’t let you pick how many of each sauce. We ended up with only 3 of the 4 sauces selected in the box, for what reason? I haven’t a clue. They gave us a few that were just bread fried and counted those in our total.. we will try again another day. Staff was nice as can be though.
