Hope’s Abuela opened her small cafe in Andrews way back in 1979…
One day Abuela decided to retire.
However, instead of closing her cafe, she allowed Hope & her mom to continue the business.
La Hacienda is now a full-fledged restaurant that Offers the BEST Tex-Mex you will EVER put in your mouth!
Trust me . . . I’ve been eating Mexican food for over 65 years!
Hence, I AM a “Professional Tex-Mex Aficionado”!!!
***Note: Haven’t tried the buffet yet. Instead, I ordered enchiladas off the menu.
Instead of refried, I opted for Abuela’s Ranchero Beans… They were MAGNÍFICO!
