I live in Robinsonson Texas where Bush’s was born , my son went to school with Corey Bush . I recently visited the store in Andrews Texas and I was absolutely disgusted wth the interior of the store. It was so filthy and the bathroom was a breeding place for disease. I don’t think that any of the Bush’s would be pleased with this place . Four people stood behind the counter looking at a phone when they should have been cleaning . No one else was in the store . I only gave it 2 stars because the food was good . I just wonder how the owner could possibly keep his franchise . It is an embarrassment.

The food we got was very good. We also got fried okra and it was so yummy!
A few negative things though. The service was weird, no good vibe from staff and the place was abandoned to business. I used the restroom and the restroom was disgusting. One light doesn't work in the one stall, the stall I went into had someone's unflushed business, toilet paper all over the floor, toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall, looked like the trash hadn't been taken out in some time and the paper towel dispenser was empty just a roll on the dirty countertop.

I had asked for my buffalo fries to be easy on both sauce and they can never get it right I never did a review but I strongly advise for the workers to give what some customers what they ask and not do the absolute opposite, unacceptable.

This happened on August 14th 2025. I ordered the chicken fried steak, what I had received was far from acceptable. The chicken fried steak was not cooked fully, leaving parts of it underdone and unappetizing. The mashed potatoes were overly mushy with a texture closer to paste, and the seasoning was so heavy with salt that it was hard to eat.
Within hours of eating, I became very sick and suffered food poisoning from this meal. This was not only unpleasant but also concerning for my health and safety. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend eating here. I strongly urge management to address food safety and quality control immediately, and I advise others to avoid dining here until these serious issues are corrected.
Food orders were very generous. The guys behind the counter were super nice. Food was good. Chicken didn’t have tons of flavor but was good.

I hesitated to review but it has become a common occurrence to be told they are closed for the night when the business hours posted says open until 10pm. I have had this happen as early as 8:30pm and a young man tell us they were out of chicken and “maybe go try the Buffalo Wild Wings I hear they’re good” and numerous times between 9:00 and 9:45. Each time they say sorry the registers have already been shut down and we can’t do anything. Meanwhile still pulling fresh chicken and the warmers still full of chicken.
