Excellent food & very helpful staff! We’re visiting family for the holidays & glad we found this little gem of a restaurant in Andrews. I ordered the cheese steak with grilled onions, & it was excellent! Not huge but a good, fresh salad bar to boot.

The burgers here are amazing — seriously some of the best I’ve had, and the fries are great too. Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail really need work. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, ketchup, and cheese — no onions or tomatoes — but got one with mayo, ketchup, onions, and tomato instead. My friend ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, no veggies, only mayo, ketchup, and pickles, and she ended up with no bacon or cheese at all. On top of that, when we were in the restaurant, no one acknowledged us for a while, which made the experience worse. The food quality is fantastic, but the customer service and accuracy on orders are seriously lagging. If they could tighten up the service, this place would easily be a five-star spot.

Stopped in here while staying the night in Andrews as part of a road trip. I had a delicious double patty smash burger. The pickles were pretty thick for a burger, but they were good pickles so it's ok by me. Recommend the burger for sure. Fries were hand cut, fresh and awesome with the addition of a little salt. Salad bar was well stocked and everything looked very fresh. Friendly service and kind of an old style café feel inside. I'm very glad I stopped in.

I ordered a door dash and didn’t receive me 2 ranches so I sent my husband to town to grab the ranches when he got home he ordered a large cheeseburger sub with just mayo and lettuce, when he got home he has the total wrong sandwich we spend 60 dollars.
My husband complimented it saying he thinks it’s better than it has been over the last few years. I didn’t believe him until I started eating and 💯% agree!
The food we had today is as GREAT as it was at the original Cassidy’s shop! IYKYK. The southwest sandwich, fries and salad bar was to perfection and we weren’t even hungry! (Photo is of my hubbys Southwest Sub and fries!)
Shout out to Cade and the young lady behind the counter for the amazing customer service!

5 star like always. Food service, attitudes, food is out fast. Never had breakfast here but the men from our church likes to gather up here for Saturday breakfast, they study the word and have breakfast. If anybody would like to join it's every 2nd of the month with abundant life from andrews tx.
Finally tried Cassidy's and it was amazing!! I'm a carnivore and they were very accommodating!!! Got a plain burger patty with like 4 pieces of bacon and it was so good!!! My friend's chicken fried steak sandwiches with fries looked amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service was amazing!
