I went to this unit on a Saturday at 2pm amd the dining room was closed. There was no sign just closed no one around. Why?

Since I leave my personal experiences in reviews. Here we go. I did keep in mind was busy and probably short handed. 9/20/25. Today I think I ate sadness. After 27 minutes waiting for a jalitos combo and dp bbq patty melt. I could've sworn it went to someone as a to go order came back and then served. Meat on both burgers super dry and old my patty melt barely toasted. Old fries and the cheese curls were not even like warm. We talking a new born baby could've ate these and not burn it's mouth. Sent the jalitos burger back and well its been 20 minutes later , and still not ready and lady who returned her food before us is still waiting. Definitely ate sadness today.

It’s absolutely insane to me how me and my husband are having to wait to get to the restaurant to order take out, when we’re trying to order before to not have to hold up the line since they usually take longer since it’s A burger. There’s been multiple times in which they just hang up even when there is only a car in the drive through and 2 people in tables inside already eating. I understand if it would have been once but it’s ALWAYS.

Internet and Dairy Queen website says pup cups are supposed to be a small serving of soft serve maybe topped with a dog treat. I would be okay paying a small charge for that so i did, after i pay the server handed me small cup of a one second spray of whipped cream which is not what i paid for. My shake was melted already and window lady didn’t seem interested in even working there. I would go to scooters right across the street for a FREE decent size pup cup that comes with a treat :)

Don’t order food with your blizzards, the blizzards will be melted by the time they bring your food. Wth would you give someone half an order, tell them to pull around and wait? How about not making the blizzards until the food is done? 30 min drive thru time is absurd.
