Well I decided I was going to try the Buffet at pizze hut since they brought it back. It was 1:20 so I thought cool it closes at 2pm plenty of time. So I walk in excited to try it out. Been a while since I ate at a pizza hut too! The lady at the register looks at me and raises her eyebrows without saying a word basically saying what do i need, so I naturally raise my eyebrows to the buffet area since there's no vocal communication as im looking at the buffet tray. She looked annoyed and looks at her watch and finally speaks and says to me the buffet is fixing to close and annoyingly she says you can get it, but you have 10-15 minutes to eat. I said doesn't the buffet close at 2? She says yes, but we're about done serving the pizza on it, but you can eat it still. I said 10-15minutes to eat is not even close to enough time. (I'm not gonna stuff my face because they said I have x amount of time either not a teenage boy) I looked at her and said no thanks I'll go take my money elsewhere then. She then says it's ok you can stay and eat. At this point I told her no thanks I'm done with pizza hut from here on out. Walked out of there.

I never received my order contacted the store manager Cheryl not sure how she spells it. The delivery went to someone else. She said she would make it right and she would give me store credit. This past Sunday I tried to use the store credit and nobody knew what I was talking. I have contacted the store more than and she is never there or she doesn’t want to take my calls. I left my name and number to anyone who answers the phone. I ask for their first name and they refuse to give it to me. They say policy does not allow it. I finally had to call there corporate office not sure if they will do anything about it. Just waiting I was told 3 to 5 business days. This is the only Pizza Hut I have ever had a problem with.

This Pizza Hut needs to replace their employees,at least the one named Julia (I think is her name) very very rude lady . She even came out to my car to harass me about a pizza that was “not” in a pizza bag but clearly was. She tried to take my order out of my truck. Very unprofessional and needs to be fired immediately!

Been here twice and only twice lmao I called at 10:20 and igz they were to busy closing to answer their phone and hung up on me twice. Went inside once and they were literally staring at me while staring at the machine that cooks the dam thing at the same time and just making intense eye contact. A lady that was new to door dash come in and she just hammers her about a bunch of stuff..

So we placed an order this morning for a pizza for my 2-year-old granddaughter who had been sick and finally got her appetite back. We asked for half to be made with jalapeno. The entire Pizza had jalapenos instead of them making it right because the customer should never be wrong regardless of whether it was entered incorrectly or not they would not accommodate. This is why people stop going there. As I know no one is perfect you should definitely fix it for the customer always. Instead they wanted to argue about it and didn't fix or resolve any kind of solution! So we will not be going back.

Theives! After continuously getting hung up on...I finally placed my order was put on hold to transfer to a different employee to get my card info then got hung up on again finally went online paid $71.83 then here I am 2 hours after I ordered still no food the store is now closed so I can't get ahold of anyone door dash (who they use for delivery) has been extending the eta for over 30 minutes but the store closed an hour ago so it's looking like they took my money and my food. Now I'm going to have to go up there tomorrow to try to get my money back and because it's on the card I won't see that money for about a week. This store is a rediculously mismanaged, unprofessional, mess of a restaurant. Save your time and money go somewhere else!!!
Update: I replied giving details of my order and wasn't responded to they probably just replied to the review to try to save face. But here I am 2 weeks after my order, there has been no refund and no attempt to make it right. Pizza hut is putting it on door dash and door dash said they refunded me that night but 2 weeks later I still haven't received a refund. I didn't even go through door dash I called it in to pizza hut but they're using door dash for their deliveries.
