4th of July abt 2 pm “we pressed the red button” (twice) there was abt 7 cars and we noted two different carhop employees but we never even got to place our order..left after waiting 25 minutes to not even get to place an order & went to Wendy’s where we placed our order AND paid AND got the food within 10 minutes…

I had ordered a milkshake , the young man that brought me my shake , try handing me a cup with a sticky mess on the outside of the cup and apologized for the mess. Come on manager's train the new kids correctly... the young man went back inside wiped down the cup , I told him he needs to be a lot more courteous to his customers, to treat others as he wants to be treated.

After parking in 2 different spots trying to find an intercom that worked, I received my food only to realize I was missing a burger. Not one to complain usually, but is it impossible to block off the intercoms that don't work?
Parking: A bunch of intercoms don't work. So be ready to play musical chairs to get ur order in.

Went and ordered a CB with no onion,dry, and no tomato. Receive with tons of onion and they didn’t even bother to put the lettuce. Simple things.

I have some inside knowledge from people that work there and a chef. They do not wash their hands within the restaurant. I have heard from 15 different people saying that. Don't come to sonic if you want your food to be non-contaminated. They do not wash hands, nor do they wear gloves.
