After parking in 2 different spots trying to find an intercom that worked, I received my food only to realize I was missing a burger. Not one to complain usually, but is it impossible to block off the intercoms that don't work?

Yesterday, I went to sonic with my 3 kids. After I ordered, and they gave me my food, I went to pay but I had brought the wrong card (it was an old deactivated card). I was so embarrassed. I asked about the tap and go pay but they didn't have that. I was trying to contact my husband to get his card numbers so they could manually enter it and he wasn't answering.I was extremely embarrassed to say the least.That's when a male employee (I wish I caught his name) came...
